Worst Quest I have ever been to. My appt was on 1:30pm, I checked in at 1:25pm, waited until 1:50pm, no one called my name and my name disappeared on the TV, and staff told me “you have never checked in, you have to schedule another appointment to come in or wait as stand by for unknown period of time.” Ridiculous.

My overall experience was excellent. The reservation was easy and game me lots of choices and the ongoing communication prior to check in is great. I do like the online check in.
I had Isabel as the person who conducted the blood draw and she was EXCELLENT. She was very friendly and professional. Also, she was good at her job. I didn't feel any pain while she drew the blood.......

I was surprised how fast, the workers kept the clients moving. I’ve been to many quest and people in the waiting room kept piling up and we’re not called in. Not in Irvine, run very professional.

I was so impressed with how clean and thoughtfully decorated the office was. The green and white was bright, cheery, and calming. Details like having plants (even fake ones) that really make a room feel inviting and safe, can be something companies who want to keep costs low might write off, but they make a big difference to the customer experience. I’ve been to other labs where the facilities were dirty and everything was brown or gray. They were so depressing. This Quest office was the complete opposite. Also, the service was fast and professional. I would never have thought I would ever find myself raving about a place to get lab work done, but here I am doing just that!

When visiting, you will need your driver's license, health insurance card, and the code number you received at the time of reservation, and you can register on the computer on the left wall.
It was clean and friendly, but although it may vary depending on the situation, the inspection was conducted later than the scheduled time.
They said the test results would take 3-4 days, but I received them the next day.

Pros: Very nice facility (appears to have been recently remodeled). Convenient location with ample parking. The phlebotomist was extremely apologetic for the long wait time, kind, polite and professional.
Cons: A definite shortage of seats in the sitting area. I made an appointment online, arrived on time and still had to wait nearly an HOUR.
