I spent at least a month shopping for new flooring, and when I finally made my way to ProSource I was especially pleased with how friendly the team greeted me, and how knowledgeable they were about their inventory - and they have a huge collection. I ordered my flooring and it came within the week. Unfortunately, when my installers started the work, they discovered an issue and when I contacted Corrin, she was so accommodating. She quickly and personally responded to the concern and resolved the issues for me. I am super happy with the flooring and the great customer service I received from Prosource. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for new floors.

Im here to rave about my account Manager Tony. My name is Manny and I am the owner of FS flooring and remodeling. From my referrals Tony is able to close out deals and we rack up over 200k a yr in flooring Sales. I send my clients to Prosource , they fall in love with the glamorous showroom and get even more excited when they find out they are able to take samples home , and these are huge samples we are talking about! Tony graciously educates the customers and explains the differences between floors. I trust him to get the job done and my customers always have nice things to say! Thank you Prosource!

Jon Atkins, Account Manager at ProSource Irvine is one of the best! I arrived with minimal knowledge of what I needed to replace wood flooring in my house, and I was out the door in no time at all because Jon understood my needs, showed me some options and wrote my order. The products arrived as scheduled and the flooring looks fantastic. In an industry full of deceit and half-fulfilled promises, Tony is a hidden gem of honesty and trustworthiness.While our contractor seemed to be doing everything in his power to screw things up, Tony was always supportive, helpful, and patient. He helped material show up early. He entertained crazy backup plans.Their selection is great. There were no pressure tactics. We had plenty of opportunity to review samples in the showroom and at home.And along the way, Tony was a delight to work with. All our questions were always answered (when the questions were reasonable).In the future, I'll be coming back to ProSource for home improvement needs. And I'll gladly take tradesmen recommendations from them.100% recommended.

Prosource is a great place for your flooring needs. They gave us good pricing on luxury vinyl and carpet for our whole home remodel. Unfortunately, we had an issue with defective luxury vinyl for our entire downstairs. Prosource went above and beyond to work thru the issue with the floor manufacturer and our contractor to rectify the issue. Great pricing, great service, and stand behind the products they sell- can't ask for much more than that. Thanks Corrin & Tony!
