I’m honestly shocked how this company has 4.5 stars.
I just moved the other day and it was one of the worst moving experiences I’ve had. The guys came an hour late. The move was supposed to start from 9-10 and they arrived at 11.
Damaged furniture, scratched floors and walls, they moved my white sofa with dirty hands and now it has black handprints and stains all over it. The mover propped up our dining table against the wall, walked away and the dining table slid and slammed to the ground chipping the edge of the table and chipping the wall. You know what the guy said when we showed him the furniture they damaged ? “File a claim”… They were so careless with our furniture and our new home.
We felt our movers were taking longer on purpose to increase the hourly charge. My husband had to help move the bed frame, dresser, and desk! The whole reason we hired movers was so that my husband didn’t have to help (he has a bad back).
Never will I use this company again. Next time we will hire a company who cares about our belongings and is careful in our new home.

Andrei and Furkat went above and beyond with my move helping me with all of the unloading. They were very nice, professional, and communicative about the process. I really couldn’t have gotten my stuff unloaded without their help.
Excellent job, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Soul and Robert were very friendly, dependable and fast... I definitely recommend them and hire them again.. They helped me while I was taking care of 2 babies under the age of 2 years old.. And They didn't lose anything nor break or scratch anything thing. I really appreciate it so much. Than you!!

Just moved today and Memo & Andrew from ProMovers were a game changer! I had hip surgery and was unable to carry. But Memo & Andrew were so Fast, Respectful and Efficient!! BEST MOVERS WE HAVE EVER HAD! Now I have peace of mind that my things are in my new space!
