I've been going to this salon for past 10 years and Hands down I can not go anywhere else! Feri got the magic touch! Whenever I get haircut from her I get compliments from literally everyone...she really know how hair and face works together (although I tell her what I want but at the end she is the master with the touch) Thank you and appreciate all the good looks I've been getting since ...

?????❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️??Horrible service and worst experience.??Fereshteh scalded my scalp and burned my hair and totally messed up my hair. I paid $400 for that !!!!When I went back to fix my hair Stylist wanted to charge me more!!!. She was so aggressive and Rude, she cursed me in the salon and other clients were upset, she is unreliable and unprofessional.if you respect yourself and care about your hair and body DON'T GO THIS PLACE

I met Feri at an event; she was friendly and warm and told us about her business. I wanted to help her and support her business, but she really disappointed me. I had an appointment with Fereshteh( feri) at 9:00 am, Even though I texted her a day before confirming, she came almost 15 minutes late. Being late tells others a lot about you, your integrity, and your respect for others... She also did a dry haircut, not based on my hair texture, just because she wanted to save money and time! About the price, the nationwide average price range for a haircut is $40-$66. I just asked for a trim, and she charged me $60, which is overpriced for that old-fashion salon without good services!

Where do I begin... I am writing this as I sob. My very long hair was CHOPPED without consent. The day began with a spontaneous phone call to Stylist Feri in the morning, she said she could see me same day at 4pm...looking back that should have been a red flag since it is Saturday. I arrived at 3:55pm and waited over 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I was in the chair at 4:22pm. Feri was pleasant apon greeting me. When I showed her a picture of what I wanted she said no problem, I said long layers and I do not want to loose length. I emphasized the point about not cutting my waist length hair short! She said trust me I do this all the time. We moved forward. She began to cut, without washing my hair or wetting it at all. I commented and she said this is the way. I have had over 100 haircuts in my life and this was a first, but I went with it as her confidence overrode my anxiety.I continued to check in regarding length, fullness, and structure; she said, "don't worry honey, I'm like a doctor, you can't see what I am doing but it's just like the picture". The frenzied cutting continues and my hair is tugged and pulled on drawing out a squeal and whimper on my part, at which point Feri commented "you have a sensitive scalp", I guess... news to me... never had a problem before. I expressed concerns over the piles of hair gathering around me and she said "thats just from the middle, I am a surgeon, trust me", we continued to have conversation about other things and I tried to trust the process, which is hard with a new stylist. At 4:50pm the haircut was done... it took everything for me not to burst into tears in the middle of the salon. She cut over 7 inches off the bottom of my hair, I gasped, I was mortified!!! I said, oh my, what happend to my hair and she said "it wasn't that long, I barely cut anything", I at that point decided I was done! I didn't want highlights or wash/blowout. She charged me $40 and did not honor the $25 groupon, even though she said she would when I booked my visit. Told me not to buy it because they take too big of a cut. Overpriced for a 30 minute NIGHTMARE! My hair is choppy with uneven layers and a bit over shoulder length. I am still crying on/off. I know its not the end of the world and my hair will grow back, but this experience was really rough! A stylist should listen and try to so what you want and if they can't they should be upfront. I should also mention I was the youngest person in the salon by 20 years, that should have been my 2nd red flag, and the third should have been a stylist that equates her skills to that of a surgeon. Best of luck everyone! Photos to come once I don't look red and blotchy from crying!

I loved this place! I found the salon on Groupon and decided to try it out. The regular price isn't so bad either, about $45 for a wash, cut and style. A little hidden away, so when you pull in, go all the way to the back. A blow out is $25 (very good price!)
