Erin my Deets mobile car washer does a fantastic job washing my car every two weeks. He is always on time and does a very thorough job inside as well as outside. The prices are reasonable and making and changing appointments are very easy. I like the fact we can pay with a credit card instead of cash which has been a hassle with other mobile car washes. The wash was fine, cleaner was ok to. However, I was asked if I wanted to pay more for additional services to which I said no. 5 minutes later i received a text confirming the charge for this service. I spoke to their customer service team whose response was “it says on the website that we can add a charge but we’ll refund you”. The CS agent then went on to argue with me about the charge and how I’d authorised it when I had…I sent a complaint but never had a response.There are a lot of services such as this and they normally charge $40 as opposed to $60 this company charge. If I pay more I expect good service and this was appalling. Under no circumstance should a good paying customer be argued with.I won’t use them again.Service: Full body wash

On time, quick and knew exactly how to carefully wash a ceramic coated car! My requests for ceramic coated wash were addressed and exceded expections . Car was foam blasted, pressure washed, and air blown with very light micro fiber wipe down as discussed. Highly reccomend Jefte and Deets entire team to help with my ceramic coated car concerns. Thank you.

This was my first time using this service. Saw a mobile unit out and about and was able to schedule the very same day. Sia did an amazing job. Very thorough. Great communication. Gave some suggestions for further future care. It was so easy!

My technician texted me to let me know he was running ahead and if that worked for me. He arrived, did a great first wash/detail, and texted that he was done. My Tesla is sparkling and I don't need to worry about putting it through a traditional car wash! Prices are reasonable, I'm scheduled every two weeks and communication with the account rep to set it all up was great!

First time using Deets and they left paint swirls all over my car. I reported the issue and sent pictures, but Deets was unwilling to take responsibility or provide any remedy. Would not recommend this service.

Albert did amazing work! My car is an '05 4Runner and the paint was in bad shape. I got the Stage 2 polish and my car is so smooth and shiny, so happy! I've now signed up for the bi-weekly washes to keep it looking good.

The service was excellent! Jorge and his partner did a fantastic job, paid attention to detail, and my 2023 Mazda CX-50 Turbo is sparkly clean! They were very polite and called that they would be a few minutes early and was it OK for them to arrive earlier. Also - they got all the dog hair out... very impressed.

I became a Deets customer early 2021 having my car washed every 2 weeks and I was happy until it seems like some type of management change happened or just straight up laziness. My usual car wash guy was Manny and I was quite happy with his services, then he left and I had different people washing my car every two weeks. None of them reliable and left me with a complaint or dissatisfaction almost every time. I decided to give the company a call, and was promised that I would be contacted by \"Virgil,\" the company's owner. I texted, called, and even submitted a form on their website in an attempt to figure out what was going on and why the service was so bad. Nothing had happened, no responses, no texts have been returned... They had no idea that my best friend, who I live with, was still having her bi-weekly cleanings, so I approached the two guys and asked, \"Do they have a preference for who they speak with?\" My best friend had received responses to the difficulties she had and had them resolved, whereas I was getting crickets. Finally, I get a call from someone who claims to be helping the owner, who makes all kinds of excuses for why their service is poor and promises that Virgil would call me back the same day or the next day at the latest. They clearly do not try to please... Because three weeks later, I receive a call from someone attempting to settle my issue, but it was too little, too late. When I was rejected by my many attempts to reconcile my services. Their service has declined rapidly, as proven by previous reviews. Long story short, I am not a fan of this business. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Amazing job and well worth every penny!! The perfect service for what I was looking for and could not be happier with how the car turned out. Definitely going to get regular washes now!

So I've had my car washed an entire year every two weeks by this company and I've had the same tech Carlos wash it who has always done a phenomenal job taking care of my AMG, never had any issues. Two weeks ago I had two new techs who were nice that I've never seen before wash it, but after the wash I noticed there was paint missing on the front bumper of my car. During the wash I noticed they kept adjusting the pressure of the pressure washer and chatting, so I'm assuming the pressure was up too high. I emailed Deets support two weeks ago attaching a picture of the missing paint and my concern and they said they escalated it to upper management for review because they \"take this very seriously and will promise to get back to me\". It's been two weeks later no one has responded to me nor given me any updates at all. I've never had any accidents in the car, the paint has never been missing, there are no previous paint jobs, it happened after the wash from the new techs. Beware if you have a car washed, 1/50 times this could potentially happen to you and you could get the run around from them, especially if you have a higher end vehicle. Maybe they are too big to respond to customers who would pay them $30+/a wash for an entire year. However I learned alot about the experience and I will cancel and take my business elsewhere ?
