Great customer service! I have been here twice- once to get TSA PreCheck and once to get my passport renewed. Staff here is courteous and professional and they know what they're doing. The staff is a pleasure to work with and got my business done quickly and efficiently.

Great service! We failed to take fingerprints in USPS for FBI background check “3 times visits and 100 times trials”. But PostalAnnex took the fingerprint easily and quickly!! Thank you so much!!!

I needed to take a passport photo for a visa application. PostalAnnex provide this service plus many more. I got a free digital copy of my photo via Yelp Check-in. Staff was busy and friendly. Highly recommended!

Went to get my TSA pre check done and Moose made the process so simple. He was so friendly and able to answer all our questions. When customer service is on the decline it is always so nice to find someone who k owe the importance of it.

I can recommend as photo for US visa service store. they can provide digital data for upload, very quick, price is fair, shooting by person, can be checked before print. So, high CP!

Plenty of parking, about a mile off the 5 fwy. I was there for a TSA enroll, had an appointment but came in early to avoid gridlock traffic. I only waited a few minutes and was done in another few minutes. Very pleasant and professional staff. Busy place but they are on you the minute you walk in. They even answer the phone immediately. Highly recommend.

Really really great service. I needed a notary and she left for the day but someone called her and she was able to come back. Who does that?! So incredibly nice of them.

This place seems to do a pretty brisk business, or at least it was busy when I walked in. I needed a live scan, and as soon as I approached the counter an employee asked me how he could help me. I told him what I needed, and he said he could help right away. He called me over to the live scan machine, cleaned it off with disinfectant, and we started the fingerprinting. We chatted pleasantly while he was doing the scanning, and he seemed pretty expert at it. Then we were done. I think I was there about 10 minutes or so, total (maybe a tiny bit more), including payment, and I was on my way. The shopping center that this store resides in has a lot of Asian businesses, and there were several signs in Korean on the walls. The person who helped me, though, was not Asian and spoke perfect, unaccented English. I really don't care who owns or works in a business that I enter--it's just really uncomfortable when there's a communication issue. I experienced no communication issues at all. The shop was clean and orderly and appeared to be run well. I would have no problem using this PostalAnnex again.
