Amazing surprise 18th bday party for my son! Special thank you to Jason and his colleagues who made sure we never ran out of food and drinks throughout the 4 hour event in the VIP room. Highly recommend this place, ‘til we SING again!

Came here for my birthday. Jin was MVP, juggling the kitchen and front desk while making sure they had what we need. I can't personally eat anything because of celiacs, but it you come earlier in the day, the green tea goes down well with singing。Vegetarian options: proooooobably. Fries should be ok? but the menu in general is fairly limited.Dietary restrictions: gluten-free is no dice, but they let you bring stuff in if you can't eat anything of theirs.Parking: parking can get very tight in the evenings.Kid-friendliness: do they like to sing? Otherwise, probably not. I didn't see any.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it's good. Accessible bathroom, but no bars in it?

The food is good, the rooms vibe are good, our server was awesome. Only negative I have is the microphones aren't the loudest. We wanted the music nice and loud but couldn't hear ourselves loud on the microphones very good. We asked and we were told to turn the music down in order to hear our voices on the mic better because the mics were at max volume already. Even with that, the overall experience was still awesome.

I visited Plush Karaoke recently, and my experience left much to be desired. The lack of a time slot rental system is a major flaw. Instead, patrons are left in the dark, unsure if they'll secure a spot until the establishment closes. Waiting outside in the cold with uncertainty isn't exactly my idea of a pleasant karaoke night. They need to improve their reservation process for a better customer experience.

My friends and I often come to this place to sing. Today I came in the afternoon to make an appointment to sing at 10pm, but I was told that there is no appointment but a waitlist to be s. So I joined the waitlist. But when I arrived at 10pm, I found that my name had been removed from the waitlist. I asked the front desk lady why this was happening. The answer is I don't know. After I told her that I was on the waitlist, she told me that it was none of her business. She was unwilling to help me deal with the problem because I was rude to her. I can't understand it. All I did was tell her I had a waitlist. But you took my name off at the wrong time. Aren't you responsible for your own mistakes? Not only did your front desk not solve the problem, but they even threatened security to kick me out? Is this the attitude you guys treat customers? I even asked this question to the lady at the front desk. Her answer was surprising. She said yes, you either have to wait, or I will let security kick you out. It is recommended that the owner strictly train employees. I believe this is not the first time this has happened, otherwise she would not be so rude to the customer. TBH after we go in. I would say the service is good. We hope to use singing to forget these unpleasant things. I'm not someone who likes to write negative reviews. It even feels troublesome. But I think it's unforgivable that this happened. Isn't employee training important?

I love the idea of Plush Karaoke Lounge! I'm sure there are a handful of karaoke establishments around, but this location had an authenticity to it. When you walk in, it's dark with bright LED screens playing K-Pop music videos and neon lighting lining the hallways. My friends and I came on a Friday or Saturday right when they opened. We were offered a room immediately, but decided to wait so that we could grab dinner beforehand. About 1.5 hours later, we received a text that our karaoke reservation was ready! We got the small karaoke room which was plenty of space for 4 people. The song selection is huge! They had almost every song we were looking for. My only issue is that our mics kept going in and out so we were basically yelling the lyrics. We had someone come by to assist but at one point we gave in since we only had the room for an hour. One thing to note, YOU have to keep track of how long you are in the room otherwise you pay for the additional time you spend there. Their team is not responsible for keeping track of how long you enjoy singing!

This was a perfect venue to host a company holiday party! Our company had a wonderful time that the two hours of holiday singing, flew by! It was such a great time that I got inspired to host a birthday or just have fun with friends to karaoke. The clean and comfortable furniture and sleek interior design is a nice fit for a fun and vibrant karaoke lounge. It makes pictures and videos look real nice! I prefer to attend a karaoke spot such as Plush, as oppose to a karaoke bar due to the personal and private spaces of karaoke rooms when singing just for fun outside the car or shower to favorite hits and songs with your friends.

i've called 20 times over the past 4 hours and no one answers. it rings and rings unto it eventually just hangs up on you. i even had 3 of my friends try calling as well. really annoying when trying to make a reservation and no one answers.

Great experience. Felt high end and wasn't crazy expensive! Good vibes. They also had a lot more English songs and a more intuitive machine than other places.
