I visited the store in Irvine about a couple of weeks ago for the first time with the clear intent to purchase Mizuno 225 irons but ended up purchasing a new set of Titleist T200 irons, which I'd like to refer to as one of the most amazing discoveries! I'd like to personally thank John Vaught for helping me find those remarkable irons that have improved my distance by 10 to 15 yards. The store manager, Dave, was awesome, consistently providing outstanding customer service when I went back today to switch to a heavier shaft for my Titleist TSR 2, which I had purchased from the same store last week. Both John and Dave made the whole process effortless thanks to their 90-day hassle-free playability policy! Thank you so much!

Dan has horse blinders on and I asked him for help 2 times while I was in the store over a 40 minute timeframe. I would have very much liked to buy some Mizuno clubs and was ignored and forgotten about. Very disappointed.

These guys are lucky the have a business in Irvine with little to no competition. Poor customer satisfaction. Don't care about customers at all. Associates and Managers seem like the just don't care. I will go to Roger Dunn from now on!

I had my driver reshafted here. It took 3 attempts for them to get it right, and a week later than quoted. A month after the installation the shaft rotates inside the adapter/ferrule, not sufficient amount of epoxy or poor surface preparation (not sure and I don't like it). From now on if I want work on my clubs I will go to Haus of Golf or Roger Dunn. I went because of proximity to my work but I'll spend the extra 30 minutes to get it done once.

Have tried to call the store about 10 times over the past 2 days and no one answers the phone??Either ridiculously short of employees or employees that don't seem to care... won't be shopping there... funny you go to this Super Store in Irvine and it seems to be largely always empty then you go to Roger Dunns a few minutes away in Santa Ana maybe 15 minutes away and it's crazy busy...such a simple fix just clone what Roger Dunn does plus Roger Dunn answers the phone on the first ring... seems like PGA Superstore needs some management help....sort of amazing to me to waste such a big store in a great shopping center.. go figure ...hope they figure things out it's a big market and in my opinion they are inneed of a restart ...

After playing with the same Cleveland golf clubs for 25 years it was time to get a new set. After 1 1/2 of trying out different clubs with some hitting instructions, I committed to a set of Callaway's. Our sales associate, B-Lo, that helped me was patient, pleasant to talk with, extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend PGA Superstore & don't forget to ask for B-Lo if your looking for a new set of clubs!

I went in today ready to buy two new clubs and wanted to try them out before buying. The guy at the practice area was terrible. Before even hitting I watched him tell an older woman in front of me that no driver they had could help her, that she needed lessons, even though she seemed very excited about how she was hitting initially. Totally ruined it for her, she left without buying. My turn to hit comes up and sure enough he's trying to tell me how much he'd love to help my swing but he can't because they have a new female president who's dragging the store down. I don't see how that has anything to do with me trying some clubs, I'm going somewhere else. I used to love coming in to get fitted here, all good experiences in the past. Not anymore, sad to see how this store has fallen.

My wife and I are in our 50s and have just decided to try golf together. I found that PGA TS carried both the highest recommended club sets for beginners. We went in on a Wednesday evening to check them both out. First off, the website said they had Wilson for ladies in stock - we only found mens, seniors and juniors. The site also showed Callaway Strata Plus which we were unable to find any at all. As previous reviews state, lots of workers walking around but no one seemed to want to help. We went to the front checkout and he said to look for a floor person. We finally chased down and cornered a floor person. He said to give him a minute, walked around placing clubs back on racks, and then disappeared indefinitely to a monitor adjacent to the practice areas. At that point we called it and walked out. On the way out the guy at the front checkout asked, "did you find someone?", to which we replied, "yes, but he walked away and never came back". His response of, "oh, sorry" lacked any care or concern about it. Overall, the help seem to be good for wage collecting and not much else. They obviously don't realize where their wages originate. We hate supporting Amazon but were left with little choice than to order our sets online when we got home. Would we ever return to PGA TS again? Only if we know exactly what we want and no other brick-n-mortar carries it.For the record: I've seen some reviews claiming the staff are racist because of their lack of attention. My wife and I both appear very caucasian and were nicely dressed and still received similar lame service. I doubt there's a racism issue.

I've completely switched over to this store for all my Tennis needs... Ed the gentleman who's stringing in the back is absolute gym and truly an amazing human being with so much knowledge. I use to go to Irvine Tennis no more thanks to your support! Steve and Nate, not sure who's the manager n who's the gentleman behind the register but these two are always so positive and help full... in every instance thier energy resonates and it feels great to just come in the store. Guys thanks for the amazing everything here... seriously ur professionalism and service is truly unparalleled and your product is amazing! See you all soon!

This store could be so nice. Seems like a complete management failure. Employees everywhere helping no one. You walk towards an employee they walk the other direction. Dust an inch thick in the dressing room. Embarrassing

These guys have no idea what they are doing. Went in today to get my racket restrung. Waited while employees walked past me finally helping me to tell me they have no idea if they can restring my racket. Avoid this incompetent establishment.

For being the first time here, worst experience!!! Everyone seemed racist since walking in. Asked a floor person how does the golf entertainment work, he simply said that's for fitting and walked away as if I was done asking questions. Why hire unhappy people assisting guests? The check out employee was rude and asked a few questions, and he said well it should say there on the description. Very sad for what could of been one of my favorite stores to be ruined for unhappy workers.

My package never arrived , after FEDEX conducted an inquiry and deemed the package lost, they refuse to help me. Honestly horrible.
