Pharmacist Shane is incredibly helpful and provides excellent service. Not only is he bilingual in Korean and English, but he also ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for his customers.

I can’t say enough good things! In a short period of time (moving my prescriptions over) they know me by name, check on my health and my progress with great compassion every time I come in and call. Thank you!

Stopped by quickly to pick up some flowers on our way to visit a friend, for the first time in her new home. The customers and staff were friendly and helpful. Flowers were plentiful and spring was truly rearing its head as we saw from the selection. The store seemed clean and well organized. Plenty of parking was available outside in the lot.

I don’t know if its actually a “mom & pop’s” pharmacy (independent)… it surely is close enough if you prefer independent pharmacies over CVS/walgreens/Rite-aid. Great experience

Very disappointed in the staff here (Shane). Staff will stand there and continue to answer phone calls while customers just stand there and are not helped. Switching to an online pharmacy.

3.5 Stars but an Amazing Bakery! This grocery store is pretty much like every other grocery store with one exception..The bakery! Just a note, Von's and Pavillions are the same company Yelp has this star rating right on. The grocery store at this location is just like Von's, but with a few perks. They have a few more options in every department. The store is also more updated and seems a bit more organized. They have fresh breads and a variety of different breads. Most notable is the bakery! Von's has a good bakery that many overlook. This location of Pavillions goes one step further with their cakes. Most recently, I had a lemon cake from here and it was amazing. Very well crafted with quality ingredients. Overall, the grocery portion is average but the bakery is something I am a fan of.

Excellent grocery store staff is always friendly, clean, helpful, and selection is great great. Special shout out to Danny and the wine department. They have the best prices around (beats Costco and total wine) and Danny always gives great recommendations for wines and bourbons. Meat department is also a star. They are always happy to make custom cuts for you if needed. Only place worth shopping at

Great grocery store with good customer service. During the pandemic it has been especially well stocked as compared to other stores in the area.

This place has the best customer service. The workers are friendly and help you feel welcomed. Great selection. Thanks Pavilions!

I can't believe they want to charge for bags but they won't allow you to bring your own to avoid the charge for bags. I've been to the Safeway in Washington and they don't charge for the disposable bags currently because due to covid-19 they aren't allowed to use bags that are brought in.

This review is strictly for the wine department. Danny and Prince are amazing! They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. My sisters and I come here for all of our alcohol needs. If we want something that they don't have they will order it for us. Thanks guys for being the best!!! I prefer coming here over any other total wine place!

I go to this store because of COVID. It's not that busy. It's not as stressful. Today, one of the employees wasn't wearing his mask around his face. He had it up to his bottom lip. The entire time he wouldn't put it over his whole face. I'm immunocompromised so it's extremely important I take every precaution I can. On top of that, there was some sh*thead kid in the store that wouldn't wear his mask. He put it on a the register and then immediately took it off. The store sign explicitly says no one can enter without a mask - but it looks like there is zero enforcement of that policy.

Generally this Pavilions is great. I was there on Thursday, June 25 at about 7:30am and the store manager kept pulling his mask down below his mouth and nose. He would keep it down only putting it back up occasionally. They have a sign out front saying that in order to enter the store you have to wear a mask, so I would think the store manager should lead by example given it is their own policy!

Due to the Virus/lockdown I tried the order/pick from Pavilions because they where the closest store offering the service. Worse experience I've even had with a store.I specifically chose NOT to allow them to substitute items.Instead they substituted over have the items I purchased. There was no notice letting me know items were substituted, as I only found out after I checked my trunk. They replaced name brand products with more expensive no-name brands (likely stuff sitting on the shelf that no one ever buys),or replaced low cost items with items costing 3 times the price. Other items were listed as out of stock, even though they had almost identical items still listed available, even under the same brand name for the same price. I tried calling to complain (30+ minute waits on hold)I tried emailing their support email multiple times with no response. Worse experience and even worse service.

Love this Pavillions, the Starbucks ladies, and Danny, our personal sommelier. They make fresh donuts everyday, and the best personal pizzas.
