I never leave reviews and certainly don't like to leave a bad one, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
I purchased a display model Miele oven from the Irvine Pacific Sales. When I went to pick it up it was completely bubble wrapped. I considered asking them to let me check it first, but decided that I should just trust them. Two years and one month go by and I was shocked to see the handle on one side came off. I called Miele and they said a screw is missing. I also found out that I should have received two racks, not one. Also, they saw that the hinge for the door was forced in place (not something Miele would do). The only place that this could have happened was at Pacific Sales when they tried to remove it. The fee was $519 to repair it. I called Pacific Sales and they said their sales person has since retired. Basically they said too bad, not our problem.
Beware if you decide to buy a floor model here.

Great selection, knowledgeable sales team, Joseph was especially helpful he was very patient in helping my mother select a new dishwasher by going over several models, answering all her questions and making sure she got the right model for her needs. Joseph also was ver responsive in answering her questions and concerns after purchase and helping her understand some of the settings.

I needed a new cooktop stove and Jordan from Pacific Sales was fantastic to work with! He went above and beyond to help me select the right product for my dimensions and my budget. He was kind, courteous and I would recommend working with him and the staff at Pacific Sales. Andreas was also very kind and helped me load my new purchase in my car. Thank you!

Worst shopping experience ever. I made the purchase two months ago after the crew did the measurements at my home and gave us the model number for purchase. I was expecting my order a week after, but the order got postponed to a month later without letting me know until I called them at the end of the day they were supposed to deliver. Finally when they came a month later, I was told that it didn’t fit, and the measurements from previous crew was incorrect. I went back to the sales person, and was told that different crew might have different measurement and they would send the same crew did the measurement to do the installation. Then the nightmare started. The delivery and installation kept getting either postponed or cancelled at the end of appointment day WITHOUT letting me know beforehand. I had to wait for a whole day on the appointment day, and then found out the next day the order was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. I even called before and on the appointment day several times to re-confirm it can be done, and was told it’s on the delivery truck and I would receive by end of day. After they missed the appointment, when I called customer service they just said sorry and promised they will not miss again next time but same thing was going over and over. I just cancelled my order after another missed delivery today, and decided not to waste time with them no more.

I have never worked with a better salesperson than Ivy at Pacific Sales!! She was so nice and kind and patient with our multiple questions across various appliance categories. She made suggestions and gave us pros and cons without pressuring us into purchasing. Ivy realized that this was a big purchase for us and allowed us to email her pictures of our current kitchen appliances and set-up so she could better understand our needs. She was very responsive to my questions, gave us superb personal attention on two separate visits
and is incredibly knowledgeable of the product lines at Pacific Sales. She was also able to balance the (sometimes) differing ideas of both my husband and me and help us to compromise and find products we both liked (part marriage counselor as well, LOL)! I wish we had more items to purchase from Ivy - it was that great of sales experience! We will definitely be back to Pacific Sales for any future needs and will work with Ivy! Highly recommend her and this store!!!!

Recently, we embarked on a new project - setting up an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). Our experience this time, particularly with our salesperson, Ivy, was nothing short of exceptional. My wife and I have purchased several appliances from their showroom in the past. Ivy is incredible! Our contractor sent us to Pacific Sales (in Irvine) after so much research into the brands we were looking for. We were a little reluctant knowing it was now a Best Buy brand now, but I’m so glad we did. Ivy was so patient with us, and took the time to outline all the options. She is so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We went with Miele and she is still helping us navigate the rebates, delivery, installation—all the things. She made a big decision so much easier and has been SO helpful. If you go to Pacific Sales work with Ivy and take one less thing off your plate.

I just finished renovating my kitchen and bathrooms and I must say I wouldn't have able to do it without the help of Jennifer Quiroz at Pacific Sales in Irvine. Jennifer had so much knowledge about all of the plumbing items I needed. She was extremely patient and helpful. I had no idea what kind of valves, trims, etc. I needed for my faucets, shower heads, etc. and she made everything so easy for me. She's extremely hard-working and I'm very thankful for her help.
