I highly recommend John Gunther and his team at Pacific Beneficial mortgage company. My outstanding experience with them included immediate responses to my questions and concerns; the ability to lower my interest rate/monthly payment; creative debt solutions; and, an overall kindness and empathy throughout the loan process. I had attempted to apply for a loan with other companies to no avail. John and his team worked their magic and I couldn't be happier!!! Again, I highly recommend Pacific Beneficial Mortgage company!!

Call Rowel Enriquez ASAP if you need a ReFi. He is responsive, honest, and he communicates really well. He closed our loan in record time and we can't be more pleased.

I've done my initial mortgage plus 2 refinances in the 2 years I've been in my home with Rowel. So that should say it all. Since my first experience with Rowel, he was super attentive and responsive with my very basic questions of the mortgage process (and still is honestly). I really do feel valued here and that's why I'll keep coming back here.

Highly recommend Rowel for your mortgage needs. He has been extremely professional and patient with the process thus far. Their company also offer very competitive mortgage rates and terms. My brother was able to win a home with Rowels help, it was a smooth process which is why my brother recommended Rowel to me. Thus far Rowel has been helping me with the process in adjusting my terms to fit my needs to try to win a home in this competitive housing market. 10/10 service. He has very good communication and fast response times even when I'm seeking help over the weekend or weekdays after hours.

Out of all the brokers/lenders I applied with Rowel here at Pacific Beneficial was by far the nicest, most helpful and informative out there! He was very honest, genuine, patient and never once made me feel pressured or harassed like almost all lenders did! He was very committed and extremely easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend working with him!

When only the best will do...try Pacific Beneficial Mortgage. I was looking to refinance my home. This could become a lengthy labor intensive situation filling out multiple forms, many phone calls, and spending unnecessary time on trivial things. I was fortunate enough to meet Rowel Enriquez. From the beginning, his experience, professionalism and kindness were evident throughout this process. You are not a number or statistic with Rowel. We landed on Pacific Beneficial after working with a few other lenders before, the previous ones did not perform and we turned to Pacific Beneficial to pick it up. We got a whole new experience working with them and the best experience so far! From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone that I worked with including June, Bill and Jason were extremely helpful and very responsive. If I had any questions, I got the answers immediately and I was never 'waiting around'. They are confident in what they do, transparent and very fast in getting things done and moving the process along! I would definitely work with them again!
