I've spent a lot of money with the company buying 2 DTG machines and loads of consumables just for this company to literally have the worst customer service I've experienced "AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE MACHINES." Please beware and be prepared if you choose to buy from this company. They lure you in with great salesmen and the accolades that they've received in the past with their dtg machines, to hook you to buy. After you buy and receive the machine, good luck getting anyone on the phone, they take their time with emails and lord forbid anything goes wrong with the machine, you better be prepared to argue with whether its covered under the warranty. Lastly, if and when your warranty is out, if you can't figure out how to fix it yourself then be prepared to pay the price to even get advise on what could possibly be wrong or go ahead and throw the whole machine away. Absolutely would never buy from them again nor would I recommend. I plan on doing a full youtube video to explain further why you should not buy from this company. Stay Tuned

BUYER BEWARE!!! Their printers look nice and their samples are hand picked to be the best of who knows how many. They wont stand by their products and parts and have some sort of excuse why they wont. They are over priced on everything and when it breaks, oh well. If you are thinking about buying anything from this company DONT!

Absolutely awful product. Buyer beware: stay away from this company! Their machine is shoddy and is nothing but headaches and throwing your money into a hole. All communication is through email or Zoom meetings which makes technician repairs/walkthroughs difficult. I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Do NOT purchase anything through their comapny. The only thing they are good for is taking your money

Just doing my part to ensure others aren’t scammed into believing these “5 star” business practices… they are anything, but 5 star- worthy.Got printer in 2018. The stress & amount of time I spent learning to fix the machine myself, was detrimental to my mental health.Go with a reputable company that actually sells their own brand printers.Not printers with other brands discontinued parts… need I say more?

My dad purchased FreeJetTX+ in 2022 June and has nothing but problems with it. Avoid this company at all cost will not adhere to warranty that’s promised and rightfully purchased and will ignore all calls and emails from you if you have any problems, but acts all cool hey hello how you doing when purchasing just to get your money. My dad (rafael ENV-LIN custom apparel from Fresno ) even went to the EXPO for shirt printing in LongBeach and spoke to the owner Victor who gave him his PERSONAL EMAIL to fix issues nothing but ignoring and cricket It’s a Big paper weight for him currently after all the zoom calls and supposedly “master tech “ help which can’t even diagnose there dang machines properly. 30k down the drain. AVOID AT ALL COST. Will be makingYOUTUBE video about his experience with this company for anybody interested. Will be hearing from the proper council and making the right complaints with the BBB.

I almost gave 0 stars and left to EPSON for the poor customer service on your behalf..My wife has been back and forth with support and techs for over 2 months where on multiple occasions a zoom call was needed where we had to take time off from work to be able to be available since any appointment done would be 2/3 weeks out! How odd seeing how our machine costs well over 15,000 not to mention we had to spend another 1,600 to be told it could be something else after the 3rd time on a zoom call with tech Cherrie.(each call took over 2.5 hours) we insisted on coming in-house since we’re close and a zoom call would make sense for someone out of state to which we were denied then finally were told we had to pay an $92 an hour fee with minimum 3 hours in the Irvine location! Again more money right.. to add to our gas, food for the day trip plus day off not paid from work!So here we are going to Irvine, we show up and the repair manager, Asian clear eye dark hair looking guy rudely told my wife we couldn’t be helped and had to come back or wait another 2 weeks to be seen and diagnosed.. I was irritated as it is with the weather being hot outside and my 18 month old daughter not making it easier I let him know we wouldn’t leave until we were helped because it’s always money money and there is nobody to help but this is a multimillion dollar company! He still said there was nothing to be done but wait and he could do a rush fee and have it ready within a week.. again money!Thankfully Emily went and got approval to help us with tech Yahaira whom was very knowledge of the problem that was at hand and managed to fix it within 1 hour of work only! We did have to buy another part and spent another $200 that day there at store.. our machine works now thank god and we’re slowly working our way to getting customers back but you don’t know how much pain, stress we have gone through because of this to be told nothing could be done to then be shown it can! What a lazy act on his end and that’s your management right? Disrespecting my wife and belittling the tech for not taking more than 3 hours on the issue!I hope this gets to the right ears and a resolution is done along with a recognition for the amazing customer service Emily and Yahaira demonstrated, they didn’t do it to make their superior look wrong at all just making sure they’re company lived up to its core values that are painted on the wall..Thanks..

This company sold me a machine that worked for about 2 months, I asked for a refund or repair (still under warranty) and was denied. I now have a huge, metal paperweight in my garage. Go to a reputable company like Epson and avoid this Korean made machine (who Omni claims they produce). It is unbelievable that no legal action has been taken against these folks. This company sells dreams and immediately changes the tone once they have your money. You will notice that all of the positive reviews are from people who had trouble with their machines, meaning it is not a very good machine (even with the positives), and the other positives have some of the same last names as employees or family (meaning they are manufactured or fictitious reviews), so save your time and money and look elsewhere if you want to start a DTG or DTF printer. Also, check facebook for communities of people who have been duped by OmniPrint.

I have 3 machines from Omni. 3 - 330-tx's. I've had them about 3-4 years now. Their life cycle is about 6 months per machine then parts/boards and much more go out on them. I had a belt break mid print and tho it should have been warrantied it wasn't. Once the warranty was over, even tho we were told lifetime tech support with no additional monies to be paid out they want to now charge $199 per issue to speak with anyone. I have 2 machines down and 1 that will work when I do a multitude of things to it to get it going wasting about 2 hours daily just to get my jobs completed. The boards are junk. I've got other machines that are several years old and never had not 1 issues with any of those. I understand DTG, I'm well experienced with it, but these machines are AWFUL!!!!! There have been a couple of people at Omni that have been great and i can't thank them enough for their help, but Victor is producing, marketing and selling equipment that is faulty. He does not speak to you or is approachable at all! HE DOES NOT CARE! I have driven 4 hours to Irvine to drop off machines for repair, pick up parts and talk to them. NOTHING! I can't tell you how many times I've had to talk to tech support or just figure it out. Tech support is absolutely not well versed in the machines, they are guided by a book, most if not all have never even touched a machine, printed a dtg garment or anything. We purchase these machines so why don't we as owners have ALL THE RESOURCES available to us to repair, maintain and take care of what puts food on our tables???? We aren't. So now I pay $199 plus the cost of the boards that need to be replaced to get my machines working again... Just like in September I purchased a printhead, it was faulty. I installed it unknowning that it was faulty and because I didn't install it with a tech they voided any/all warranty with it and I had to repurchase not 1 but 3 heads and main board to get my machines up and running. I've had these machines a LONG TIME I've replaced parts in them without a tech and have had no issue. They are the issue. No customer service, no morals/ethics as a business owner and all they want you to do is keep spending money on faulty equipment.... My sales rep says If you form a relationship with me I can get you better deals. Oh, ok, so I try to reach out to him for assistance don't hear back for days on end and then he charges me shipping and tax when I shouldn't be charged it. I bring it to his attention and he just simply says I'll look in to it and nothing. Wait, what????? This company is horrible. They do not provide owners of the equipment with the appropriate resources to take care of the equipment. And they sell faulty equipment. They will not be accountable.

Absolutely trash company. I am starting to see a trend happening with the head. I have replaced the head and it has proven to be defective even after they told me it is impossible to prove so. I paid for a tech and the all seem to be clueless on how to fix anything and do their best to push you into the purchase of all of the boards which run $1,000 each. the head issue has been going on sine November of 2022 to February of 2023. I was also advised to do a purified water flush on the head and flush out any possible clogs by their technician Raymond Alvarez. After doing so the next Sr. technician James Varela told me that he shouldn't have told me to do that with a new head and it may have damaged it and they cannot replace a damaged part. Another fun fact you will come across is how there is absolutely no supervisor available ever. They are always conveniently in a meeting no matter when you call and or "offline". They never respond or call back.I have heard of the nightmare of a company this has become but unfortunately all of the reports came out after I purchased the machine. after 3 years you will end up with a money pit of a machine.

I would give less stars if I could. Ordered product 2 months ago. still have not got it. Whenever we ask about it they tell us next week. This week they said they would send us out a few of the items owed to us but then never sent them out. Seems like they just wanted to just get us off the phone. Voicemail is always full. They say they’ll call back and never do. Shady at best

Buyer beware:Unfortunately, this company has been a real good lesson of what horrible support for a company is after being promised to be the Print shops ultimate support.Purchased a 330TX plus after being sold on local support, and service. Sadly support you have to wait until they can call you back. I have had to replace the pump 2-3 times a year which is not warrantied and print head a few times which again, have not been warrantied and forced to buy them again so makes me wonder why even pay for the warranty. I always made sure to remind them all the ink, parts, pre-treat, even pre-treat machine were all from them. We were just looking for a one-stop shop.This machine has now been sitting for over 3 months with no end in sight as to what will keep going wrong with it. From day one, sadly this 330tx plus did not work and when they did get it going, it would only last for a day or two before having to call and place another ticket.The finance company is predatory and they do not tell you that you cant get it financed elsewhere. They add the entire interest at the beginning of the loan $650 monthly payment for a machine that will never work for over a day or two. STAY AWAY

The printer is literally just a membership if you consider you have to purchase ink, pre-treat(and there are multiple ones), dry sheets, curing sheets, maint swabs for cleaning, cleaning solution, cleaning concentrate, the list goes on and on. I am more than willing to speak with anyone form OmniPrint so please feel free to verify this purchase however you need to.

Nestor Guevara was a great help. He went beyond. He always motivated me to ask all the questions I may have had and with his help I feel more confident with the DTF printer AND the software. I cannot thank him enough. This is what I call the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
