We took our son and some friends here for his birthday. This place has the wow factor the minute you walk in. It is big, well lit, clean and staffed with friendly and helpful people. The game and VR selection was varied and hi tech. We bought the 2 hour package and everyone enjoyed delicious food and drinks that were included from the Cafe. Highly recommend this place for a great entertainment experience.

Super cool place to visit. Staff was amazing and helpful at every different station. It was 40/hour for no food or 50/hour with it. My only complaint is that they need to buy all the beatsaber maps, and the controllers have calibration issues on the note switching (crossing your arms). It breaks your combo or can make you fail maps. Vive headset also seems to have some image blur compared to the index headset even with trying to correct the pupil distance. Vive controllers aren't comfortable. It's more a hardware issue that can be fixed.

We celebrated our sons 11th birthday here on Saturday and had an amazing experience. We booked in advance on their website app, and their birthday package was well worth it. It includes 10 kids and you can add more if needed. We had a roped off private section, the DJ was awesome and they had Happy Birthday Charlie behind the DJ. They also had a few announcements for the birthday including singing him happy birthday with everyone on the dance floor. It was wonderful.
I also want to thank Sophie and the other young man who really helped a lot throughout the event. They were both amazing, helpful, thoughtful and hard working.
Everyone loved this birthday event, including the parents!

I went with my 13-year-old son yesterday and we had a great time. Price was $40 for an hour each, but they set the start time about ten minutes after we paid, so it was more like 70 minutes. You can get a second hour for $20 each, but one hour was enough for me. Meaning, had I played much more I think I would have started to get a little motion sickness. That said, my son would have loved to keep going.
The reason I was moved to write a review is because of how helpful the staff were. Each staff member was eager to help us and cater to our individual needs. All of them were patient, informative, helpful, and attentive, and we never had to search around to get help from someone. That definitely elevated our experience and I really appreciate their efforts.
Although I wish it were less expensive, I still believe it's worth the 5 stars for the quality of the experience and the fantastic customer service.

Alot of fun if your into virtual reality or to try out for first time. A bit pricey at $40 an hour. So not someplace to frequent, but once in awhile is okay. DJ and dance floor is different for a gaming place, but no one dancing much? Seems like a waste of space that can be used for more gaming.

Place was popping on a Saturday night! Live DJ, tons of VR, regular PC, and console games, food… everything. Best set up I’ve seen and will be back for more grub, rave energy, and gaming.

First time here. Sunday March 3rd at 8:00pm. Everything was intriguing from the start. My friend and I went to the café in the back and got a latte and we’re browsing the games.
Was looking at this touchscreen game looking at the options and this tall employee with dark hair came up to us and he says “excuse me ladies this is only for employees to touch” he handed us a plastic menu and walked away. It’s dark in there with colored lights so you can’t read anything on this menu. You would think he would stop to explain how the games work instead he went back to talk amongst his employees standing on the sides.
There was no sign that said employees only.
He just lost a sale and we’re never coming back thanks for the great first impression.
