Danny tailors the training for me according to my fitness level and even my mood/capability that day. So I never get injured when I work out with him. Also his bed side manner is the best!

I’ve been to several trainers over the years and Danny is one of the best. He understands the technical aspects of working out and proactively calls out how to make adjustments to avoid injury and improve workout efficiency. I work out 6 days a week and do high intensity training and weight lifting. Danny can spot out my weaknesses and focuses on where I can build strength. He is a good listener and adjusts the workout based on my needs and goals.Its difficult to find a good trainer and I’m writing this review to help folks who are seeking one :)

Danny is an all around amazing trainer and I would recommend him to people of all levels! I started using Danny to get in better shape for my wedding (as a true beginner to strength training), but loved the results so much that I kept it up. Now postpartum, Danny is helping me feel strong again. His workouts are diversified and are at a great pace. Danny is really knowledgable when something feels off, by telling him where I feel an exercise he knows exactly how to modify the movement to improve my form. He also trains my husband who is much more experienced with strength training and has worked with dozens of trainers; his feedback was that Danny is one of the best and most knowledgable trainers he has worked with.

Danny is a great coach and will hold you accountable. He will help you reach your goals no matter if it’s gaining muscle mass or losing fat. He also has a great team of coaches under him that are just as good as he is. Try oc life fitness if you need help or want to improve in your fitness and health!

I trained with Danny after college when I started a job where I was sitting all day in front of a computer. I was lacking exercise, proper nutrition and motivation. The idea of going to the gym was daunting and at that time of my life exercising consistently without someone being accountable was not possible so I found Danny.Danny is professional, highly knowledgeable, amicable, made me feel comfortable yet motivating. I can say I was in the best shape of my life training with Danny. I moved away now but if I can train with Danny again I would do it in a heart beat! I highly recommend working with him.

I’m one of those people who has always played sports, and in general, tried to take care of myself. I worked out regularly on my own and eat clean/healthy the majority of the time (save the occasional margarita and Mexican food). After getting engaged in 2011 I was trying to take my fitness routine to the next level to try to break through the plateau my body had been in…enter Danny.We’ve been training with Danny for six weeks now and are raving fans. In the first four weeks, I’ve lost almost 3% body fat and inches overall. My fiancé has lost almost 10 pounds and I’ve noticed a huge difference in his body composition.As a trainer, Danny is the perfect fit. He knows just went to push you and when to back off. He is extremely flexible with his schedule and is always willing to accommodate my travel. No two workouts are the same and his “off day” cardio and meal plans are reasonable and easy to follow. I highly recommend him if you’re looking to get in shape, improve your health, and feel more confident in your own skin.

I recommend OC life fitness. I had never dealt with exercise equipment before, but Danny taught me how to use it well. Danny pointed out the details in the way I understand it. If I have any questions, he will kindly explain. Thanks to that, I gained more strength and now I can exercise confidently.

With Danny I went from 235 to now 185 after 7 months. He has helped me not only in fitness but in motivation as well. The problem with today trainers is how to motivate their clients. Danny won't always be there, what you choose to eat, or how to workout. Danny teaches his clients how to workout on their own, and how to maintain what your goal weight. Start training with Danny if your not satisfied with your weight. Few months in and you will start shedding the pounds. I am glad i started to work with danny.

Danny is a super awesome trainer. He’s very flexible in terms of his scheduling and gives advice for working out as well as food intake and answers any questions you have. It’s a private gym so it’s not ever too crowded and the atmosphere is nice.

I started training with Danny in December and it has been a great learning experience! I started out knowing only the basics of fitness and learned a lot as I trained with Danny. I reached out to Danny not knowing where to start with a fitness journey. He asked questions, listened to my concerns, goals, etc. And provided a BMI assessment. He connected me with Claudine Castro for semi-personal training. I've been working with Claudine for 6 months, and I love it! My goal was to get stronger and educate myself on weight training, and I've certainly accomplished both goals through this journey. Everyone was kind, understanding, and patient - all traits that helped me feel included instead of excluded. I look forward to my workouts because I love the gym and community. My first time to workout with Nicole she motivated me to build a new habit in my life. She is so ptient, professional and nice. She started wz me from scratch literally and now I'm moving out of town but now I'm able to train myself. Will always recommend Nicole as a personal trainer to put you in the right track! Also the place is lovely has a special vibe than any other gym!

I trained with Danny and Claudine for 5 months to get in shape for my wedding. Thanks to these two awesome trainers, I saw more improvement than I expected and felt gorgeous in my wedding dress! When I first contacted Danny, he was so responsive and answered all my questions. Training with Danny was so easy to schedule and we're always 1 on 1. He taught me many exercises and correct form for each exercise with patience and kindness. I can see my improvement on my body and form every time I trained with him. Sessions with Claudine were usually with other one or two people. It was my first time to do heavy lifting and I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. But she made me love it! She taught me not only training but also eating tips, mindset, and many good life tips !!!I really enjoyed all the training sessions with Danny and Claudine. Highly recommended!
