I've been going to this clinic for a year with my senior kitties.
General info:
Appointment costs are reasonable if not a bit cheaper than surrounding clinics, which is great.
The clinic is busy, but they're always able to get you in for a sudden appointment if necessary, which I'm grateful for at times when my pets had concerning health issues arise. They always try to accommodate you. There are many vets at the clinic (I've met with at least 4-5), so you'll likely visit different vets each time unless your pet has a health issue, which means you'll see the same vet until it's resolved.
Everyone is friendly and lovely and you don't feel rushed when you have an appointment. *Note: We are the voice for our pets health, so still, make sure you ask all the questions and do whatever you need for your pet, including following up on results for tests, etc.
Because all these vets come from different backgrounds, at this clinic, I've experienced different consultations: vets with firm beliefs and who make immediate diagnoses and vets who advocate doing your own research (which i appreciate) and who consider any and all options before confirming anything. My experiences with most of the vets have been pleasant, but these differences naturally have us inclined toward favoring some vets at the practice more than others.
Personal story:
First, it was an annual exam, then it was my calico's unfortunate diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. Later, my tuxedo kitty was suffering from her mouth and because they didn't have any immediate dental care openings, they insisted upon her being checked by a dental specialist at a specialist clinic and we found she had terminal cancer. I'm grateful they did not make us wait. Her loss hurts us still to this day, but this clinic was very sweet in sending a card with their condolences.
Dr. E:
My calico got pancreatitis soon after that ordeal and she was seen by Dr. E, who is kind, very informative, and dare I say, our favorite vet at the practice. My calico was sent to an internal medicine doctor for specialist care, but despite this and some continued struggles, Dr. E was always thinking of ways to help when we needed it and always patiently answering and clarifying our many, many questions. Since working with Dr. E on maintainance care, our calico has gained weight and is doing very well, even when her chronic kidney disease has slightly progressed. What really helped her get out of lasting pancreatitis symptoms by the end was B12 injections Dr. E prescribed. Due to our many positive experiences with her, we continue to ask for Dr. E and highly recommend her.
In conclusion:
We've gone to this clinic so many times in the course of a year, and every time, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets have been wonderful to our cats and the prices of anything and everything have been fairly decent (highly recommend pet insurance with senior pets though). I would recommend this place for your pet's medical care, especially with Dr. E. and Dr. Roberts.

This review is not primarily about the quality of the service, but the nature of the service I received from this animal hospital.
I visited this vet about 10 years ago with my cat when I lived here. Due to scratching issues I tried a few different methods to reduce the behavior, then finally went with declawing here. I deeply regret doing this instead of continuing to work with my cat to reduce the negative behavior. I inflicted an unnecessary surgery on my cat and left him with additional pain for the rest of his life.
Although they explained some parts of the procedure, it is important to know that the declaw procedure is an amputation of the last joints of a cat’s toes; it creates lifelong damage that cannot be reversed. A cat’s claws are essential; they’re used as a means of protection and defense and the grip they provide allows cats to stretch and strengthen muscles. Cats use their paws in many ways, from grooming to leaving their scent, and any pain from declawing can disrupt these natural behaviors.
With my cat, due to the declawing, he began biting instead of scratching when he was nervous or scared and his bites were harder, sometimes drawing blood. With time and care he has calmed down some, but he still responds with biting anytime he feels threatened, has less ability to jump, and is generally less happy than before due to the pain. He is also less social with other cats because he cannot respond as they do. He either hisses to get them away, or bites if they don’t listen. If he still had his front claws, he could have another step in between, and feel more secure in his defenses.
Please don’t declaw your cats here or anywhere, and try to work with your cat to help correct the behavior. The surgery is irreversible and the case I described above is usually a best case. Other cats can have lameness, joint stiffness, arthritis, post-surgical complications or even death.

Steve and Raven were AMAZING!! After not having the best experience the first time we had our bunny's nails trimmed at Pets Plus (they wouldn't let my daughter stay with her and our bunny came back shaking, went pottie so many times after + seemed terrified), we were so happy and relieved to have found this place! There one of the few places that not only take, but also seem to be so knowledgeable when it comes to bunnies, that apparently people even come all the way from San Diego to take their bunnies here. They not only trimmed her nails, they walked us through every step and even educated us while they were doing it in case we ever wanted to try doing it on our own. They let us all stay in the room, too, which made us feel so much better and we're sure our bunny felt better having us there, too as she was just her usual self afterwards. Didn't bleed, shake or go potty an unusual amount. We'll definitely be going back and will always request to get both Raven and Steve when we do!

After having horrible experiences at other vets with my rabbits, my mom and I wanted to find a new place to take them and we found this place. It's very far from us, but worth every mile to drive to! I trust this staff so much with my bunnies, and they treat my rabbits so well! I came here on Wednesday and I wish I got the girl's name, but she was a tall blonde vet tech who saw my rabbit Peter, and she was absolutely amazing! She treated him so well, and made sure not to stress him out too much. When we were leaving, she asked if he needed more hay for the ride home, and when we were paying, there was a big dog barking at the front and she offered to charge us out while we waited away from the dog to not stress my bunny out anymore than he was. She was such an amazing example of somebody who genuinely loves working with animals, as is all the staff at this location! I always recommend this vets to my friends with rabbits because they're incredibly informative, amazing with my bunnies, and don't try and push unnecessary surgeries like some of the older vets I've had do.

I'm not completely happy with this clinic. As a new client, I was assigned a doctor with no name on their nametag, only an initial. They didn't seem to have much experience with cats, and didn't respond with critical thinking when I voiced my observations/concerns. The doctor showed me a menu of services and prices, many of which were not applicable to the presenting problem, or even needed at all. When I got home, I looked at the website for this business, but this doctor had no photo or biography posted.
