Every time I take one of my vehicles to Nissan in Irvine, they always save me money. I end up paying less then what’s quoted. I love the customer service and I feel like they truly take care of my vehicles. Amed Aguilar was very professional and handled everything to my liking. I will continue to return to Nissan of Irvine.

First time going to this location. I had a great experience. I went in for an oil change. They also did a multi point inspection, took care of the recall, and washed my car. Juan was the service advisor I worked with, who was great. Customer service was great. I'm a very happy customer!

Randy was very informative about all the new features of the 2021 Nissan Rogue which is what I am interested in. He took the time to sit in the car with me and explain all the features in detail. We spent time trying to come to a figure that was good for both of us but I am going to have to wait till maybe closer to the end of the year when they may be giving more than just a $500 rebate. I will definitely use Randy at the Irvine Nissan.Beautiful car!

This was my first experience with the Nissan Service Dept. after buying my new car at their dealership. So I asked a number of first-time questions and was very pleasantly surprised to find that they were all answered courteously and efficiently and effectively (far surpassing experiences I'd had elsewhere in the past). Everything was handled very professionally, and it was obvious that those involved worked with a spirit of excellence. I'm 100% satisfied -- and as a person who suffers from high-anxiety attacks, I can honestly say I was grateful for the non-stressful environment! I recommend this place with no qualifications whatsoever and without any hesitation. The person assigned to me was Fernando, and I'm happy to give him 5 stars and a big smile as well.

I have a family of Nissan automobiles that I have been taking to this dealership for years. The Service Manager s and all their staff are very friendly, polite, clean and thorough. I have yet to have been shoved into an upgraded service or into a repair that wasn’t necessary. Their prices are fair... unless you can do it yourself... Thanks guys!

Really nice people, great service. Weren't pushy about anything - just nice and informative. I really appreciate that they got my Lyft back home so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Got some parts replaced, got an oil change. They washed my car too which was awesome. Thank you! Will for sure be back.

You can get a better price at Buena Park Nissan and better service. I missed out on the van at BP and called Irvine because they had the same one in stock. Irvine Nissan couldn't match the price. They also added options like protective coating for $1300 and security gps $1300 which is just gravy for them. Save time and money and go to Buena Park Nissan and ask for Judy! She is awesome:)

Best experience when have had looking at cars. I highly recommend Babek in helping you. We drove several cars, he explained so much about the different features on both the Rouge and the Rouge Sport. Not pushy super kind and helped us so much. I highly recommend him and the Irvine Nissan dealership. Overall a great experience.

They sold me and my son a car and a week later the engine blew out. It paid for by his bank in full. The Manager was a complete Jerk while they were doing the purchase. I think his name is Bora or Babak. I would never recommend this place, they sell lemons!!!!!! people work hard for their money and get sold a lemon! They are complete fraudulent company! They knew the junk of a car they were selling to this young gentleman and took advantage of him. Please take your money and business elsewhere!!!!!!

I bought a Nissan frointer pro 4x at the end of March from this dealership. I suggest you try another dealership to make a purchase at. Preferably one that doesn't lie and promise things. I had a bad experience and decided to come back and buy a car and give them a second chance. I regret buying my car from this dealership. I would suggest Nissan of Tustin. The lady Stephanie who responds to all of these is nice and helpful but the general manager joe Garcia by far is what made my experience a one star. Just stay away. Don't make the same mistake I did.

So this is from a recent experience at this dealership and to also help you decide if you want to do business with them. On 4/7/21 a gentleman named Keith Gleeton told me to bring the truck back and I'll get my money back because funding from bank didn't go thru and and when I went to get my money back and return the truck back the next morning Keith Gleeton cussed and accused me of fraud and told me to he wasn't going to unwind the deal all because I didn't lie to the bank like they wanted to do. Also lying to me saying that they had already been funded and the deal was done when I had just called the bank in front of him to confirm. It's been almost a month since I got the truck and almost 10 days since I've signed the new contract. They will not let me speak to the general manager Ronald Campbell after several attempts today one of the employees that answered the calls was named Gerry Pizano. Update 4/9/21 So a day later after the incident with Keith Gleeton a guy named Joe called me and after letting him know I wasn't signing anything else to try to get finance through they sent me an email with a rescind letter asking me to return the truck and gave me a full refund. Deal was over, I got my money back and took my business elsewhere. Hope you enjoy those bank funds you supposedly received and your truck with an added 2300 miles on it Keith

Becareful this dealer is a scam . They falsely advertise low prices on the net on different platforms and when you call or come in to purchase they don't honor the advertised price. When asked why , they claim it was a mistake by the other sites . I asked them you advertised 4 cars by mistake ? The sales man and the manager Joe Garcia where given the opportunity to resolve this and sell me the car which by the way they still had on lot at the advertised price but they refused . I urged them that it was not ethical , poor customer service and not legal to do what they are doing and that I would post a negative Yelp and they still did not care . I'm disappointed that not a single manager or person in charge was able to resolve this and that money comes before ethical customer service . By reading other customers negative Yelp feed back , it seems that a handful of them also complained about this bait and switch behavior but unfortunately they still continue to falsely advertise . Stay away

I was shopping on line for a specific car that I wanted.Mario the sales rep called me and said he didn't have the car, but he can get it for me if I really wanted that specific car and color. I went from Fontana where I live to Nissan of Irvine because they were able to give me the best deal any other dealer had to offer. I got the car I wanted the price and monthly I was comfortable with the best customer service. Shout out to the General Manager Ron treated me like family he was there the whole time making sure we were being updated with the process meaning he kept updating me how much longer for the car to get to Nissan of Irvine because they did bring it from another dealer like they had promised. I definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and family I was Happy to drive away on my New 2021 Nissan Sentra Fully loaded
