I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate Juan Alvarado. He has always, always, always given more than 100% of his attention and expertise the entire time I've had him as my service guy, the better part of the 5 1/2 years that I've owned my Maxima. I trust he knows my vehicle well and gives me the best advice as to what needs to be done now and what we can wait on. There is never any pressure and I am assured that I am getting the best professional care from all involved. The extended warranty is coming up for expiration so he recommended I have a few things taken care of while under warranty. Aside from the regular service I needed at $65K miles (less rewards credit) I was pleasantly surprised that my bill way as reasonable as it was. The car was washed and shiney as usual when I pick it up and when I got in it to drive I felt like I was in a brand new vehicle. Could not ask for better service. He's very considerate of my personal time and even stayed past five recently to wait while I was stuck in traffic to get back to the dealership. At my age he's on the top five list of people who are important to me. My Dr, my minister, my car service guy, my banker and my dentist!

The staff was nice and took good care of me today! There was a Recall on my new Nissan Ariya, which was corrected with Code Changes and a complete inspection on Vital Parts of car, which passed and everything was fine! The car was washed and cleaned and was done in about 2 hours! Was heated nicely when I picked up car and drove home in my updated new car without any issues! I would recommend Nissan Irvine highly for great staff and service!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will take every penny they can from you. They pretend they give you a good deal until friends and family tell you, you got RIPPED OFF!! Horrible experience. DO NOT TRUST RANDY OR HIS MANAGER!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Richard the service attendant couldn't have been more attentive to my needs. The technician Reuben, went over and beyond during the oil change and even shared some of his knowledge with me on my beloved 1st generation Titan. These guys are the best!

If you read all of these dealerships' horrible reviews on Yelp, you will notice that I am not the only ex customer that was mistreated. This staff, from GM (Ron) and his secretary (Stephanie), the service manager (Fernando) all the way to costumer affairs...are the worst to deal with. You can tell by how the assistant replied to my review on Yelp. She is very unprofessional. She shows exactly how they all are.Please read my detailed review on Yelp about how i got a lemon. Reading the bad reviews on here shows how many lemons they sell, actually. I wish we read these before going there. You'll see on their Yelp reviews, they all have a few highlights in common, so I am not making up. I am under Mrs. G.Different situations but same outcome; unsatisfied and mistreated customers. I just need to warn you. I don't want you and your family's life being put at risk like mine has with their malfunctioning vehicles.

This dealership is my go-to! My wife and I have bought multiple vehicles and each and every time we stop in, either service or sales, we are treated like family. Our newest Nissan is the Ariya and we absolutely love this all electric SUV. We have been in the Ariya for a few months now and it drives great, has great range, and the interior feels luxurious. Since this review is years in the making I want to give a special shout out to a few people. First up is Ron, he has a great team and really makes sure you are treated right. Sabrina, in finance, is always so nice, she explains everything and never rushes us when reviewing paperwork. (Also, we love the stories about her dogs and son.) Fernando, the service manager, always stops to say hi and make sure we are taken care of. Finally, Stephanie, the customer relations manager, who always makes time to answer questions, show us features of our vehicles, or even just sit down and visit with. I could say something good about every single employee I have worked with, but no one wants to spend that much time reading on Yelp. We have already recommended our friends and family to Nissan of Irvine and will continue to do so.

Brought my car for service to check out some electrical items. Was told $225 to just check diagnostic on each item. Also Was recommended to change my battery cables and I did. Next day the battery died.. called them and was told to call AAA. AAA service confirmed the battery cables were not even tighten at all. Very disappointed in the service and I thought they were supposed to make it better not worse..

Unfortunately, it is required to put one star in order to write a review. Otherwise, I would not have put any. You are going to want to read this!I got a 2023 Ariya Engage back in the beginning of July that turned out to be a LEMON. It malfunctioned in the middle of a busy intersection! I WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER! It shut down completely. It was a Sunday. The service department was closed. No one could do anything, so I had to tow it back. They did get me an Uber, but I was out of a car, which I needed for family and work. It was in the shop for a week, and even the supposed trained mechanics had no knowledge as to what had gone wrong with this car. I spoke to a Fernando who was rude and rode me off by saying, "Well, cars break down so..."I met with the owner, Ron. First thing he says; "what did you do to the car?" That was the beginning of my nightmare with these people. He offered another vehicle. I already felt so unsafe and refused. He said to take it up with Cutomer Affairs and washed his hands of it. He said he'd call to follow up, but I never heard from him again. I had to deal with his secretary, Stephanie. She got me into a couple of loaner cars. Another Ariya. It didn't charge. Not at any random charging station. I tried another Nissan dealership, and their charging station didn't work! I had a major pa ic attack because i was praying so hard it would leave me stra ded again. I got home with 1% left! Finally, a Rogue. I was stuck with that car for 2 months. Stephanie promised to reimburse me for the gas I put into it. I gave her 14 receipts, and she only paid 6. I then had to deal with Fernando again. He said the receipts didn't match up with their GPS. I dont trust them. I paid gas for that car for 2 months, and i drive a lot. There's no way i can get by with only 6 receiots worth of gas. After that, I refused to speak to him. I decided to get all of my belongings from that Ariya because they told me it's considered a lemon. I waited a month for them to tell me that they still had no idea what is wrong with it. They had to get a higher up professional mechanic (their words). According to them, I was the only person IN THE WHOLE NATION that this has happened to. Wow. Im famous now. The service manager, Mark, was the only decent, professional, and nice employee there. He told us that whatever part that malfunctioned was being ordered from JAPAN. I had to go back and forth with Kara, the customer affairs lady. She made me sign three incorrect forms she made up. This process took so much longer than it should have thanks to her mistakes. The buyback was finalized just this week. THANK THE HEAVENS ABOVE I don't ever have to deal with Nissan again. More specifically, this dealership and its employees that ended up treating me like this mess was my fault.Can't say your experience will be the same as mine, but if you can avoid the chance of it happening to you, then take my advice, go anywhere else. I just got an all electric Toyota BZ 4x. Total night and day experience there. People are not pushy with sales. The quality of the vehicle is reassuring, and I feel so safe in it. I feel confident my kids will be safe! Toyota is very experienced with electric cars. I know Nissan isn't ready for this type of responsibility. I think the personal customer service is so valuable at Nissan of Irvine. Keith abs Rick are the best! They have always looked out for me since I've been with Nissan. I'll never go anywhere for a vehicle, and I will always refer friends, family and coworkers to these guys. They make you feel like family and have the best advice for improving your credit score, etc....

When it came time to return our lease and get a new one the staff at Nissan of Irvine made it happen and took good care of us. The deal was fair the negotiation was quick and the paperwork was a breeze. We even got curbside drop off and pick up service. Special shout out to Matt, Joe and Stephanie.

I am one Very Happy Customer; the attention and help we received from Joe and Julio has been outstanding. We have been able to get 4 cars from Nissan of Irvine, and each time, the transaction has been super smooth and satisfactory. Aside from the Sales Team, Juan in Service has also been outstanding.Everyone is super professional, friendly, and helpful. Mark was very accommodating, first of all. He explained every thing that needed to be done. He gave proper expectation as to how long it would take the service. He even suggested to stay at the lounge and even directed me to nearby food places.
