I live on the other side of USA in Atlanta, Georgia . In working with Carlos and Valerie on an order to get shipped to me , they both provided a level of service excellence to be highly commended. I ordered on a Monday and received my items on Thursday. Naturepedic makes phenomenal items ! I will order again in near future .

The customer service we received from Carlos at the Irvine store was beyond fantastic. He was patient, kind, and truly invested in helping us find the right mattresses for our family. We all needed something different and he was always willing to help the multiple times we came in and he made it easy to try different options. We were able to make our purchase with complete confidence and no doubts. It was a great experience. I don’t ever want to buy a mattress from anyone else!

I did a lot of mattress research before I finally chose this one. I called to ask questions and Carlos was so knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to go in to the store and check them out. He made the mattress buying experience a great one. The mattress is made of high quality organic materials and it’s so comfortable to sleep on! Very happy with my purchase and the overall experience!

My experience at the Irvine showroom was simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in Dal introduced himself and asked how he could help me in my search. He has a very calm and personable demeanor which helped me feel at ease since I truly wasn’t sure what to choose. We tried out several different options and he was patient as I asked lots of questions. I finally decided on the EOS line, as it gave me a mixture of the pillow top feel I’m used to along with a firmness that I like for my back. He even took extra time to make sure I had a proper pillow since I mentioned how my neck had been bothering me. The president’s day sale allowed me to stock up on all the extra items I wanted which included a waterproof protector, pillow protector and a new foundation and frame. I will definitely be back to this location for the amazing attention to customer needs. Thank you Dal for all your help!

Excellent customer service !! Deluth, Valerie and Carlos were all incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make my experience buying a mattress good and right for my needs. I had a lot of questions due to allergy sensitivities and they helped me tremendously. I recommend them highly. Great experience

We were greeted by Carlos at the local Naturepedic store. He was friendly and answered all our questions. We were looking to buy a mattress for our toddler and I knew a little bit about which mattress we wanted before we had gone into the store. I had some questions about the mattress, picking up old mattress, etc and Carlos helped answer any questions we had. Great experience!
