“So, you know how when you watch Undercover Boss and they'll show an employee who is pretty awesome and they give him/her a promotion? Well, that is Ron in this store. I've never been in here before but my wife asked me to pick up some medicine on the way home and this is where I stopped. There was a little line for the the registers and Ron was on of the cashiers. He was so friendly with the customers, even greeting everyone as they walked in the door. When I worked in retail management, I would have wanted to clone this guy!When it my turn to pay, he was the cashier. I told him he earned an A+ for his customer service and he was so appreciative. He said I made his day. So, Walgreens, Ron should be promoted to Director of Customer Relations Training! He is one heck of an employee!”

“Truthfully I know it's not always a good experience going to a Walmart store. Today I had one of the best experiences at this Walmart store. So I was shopping for a Christmas tree for my brother and his family who are living in a homeless shelter and recently fell in hard times. Bring as that I'm in between jobs I only had so much money to work with which isn't much. I asked a Walmart associate which way to the Christmas trees and he went out of his way to take me there personally. I told him my budget and the trees they had left were out of my budget. We looked for a bit and he asked me if I didn't mind who was the tree for. I usually don't open up to just any body and I felt like I could with him. I told him my brother and his family's situation and he immediately told me, say no more on behalf of Walmart I'd like to buy this tree for your brother. He then told me he's the manager and that he's been blessed to work at this Walmart and it's only right to bless others. Man it hit me pretty hard. You only see this stuff on social media. Well Marco I'd like to thank you brother and the other employees who helped my brother with this Christmas tree and toys for the kids. Man you guys are awesome. Ppl like you guys help me know that there still are good ppl in this world. I wish I had a way to repay you bro and I will eventually but know you and yours are in my prayers brother.”
