Less than 60 days my note 10 glass broke after he repair it Sons iPhone glass broke after repair brought back for 2nd repair less than 2 weeks glass broke again. Uses cheap glass says he doesn't.

Fast service and much cheaper compared to Apple Store. Best to make appointment as the owner isn't there all the time.

The good: quick and friendly.The bad: Horrible glue application to close the phone. Did not clean up the old glue. Did not apply glue evenly. Did not apply glue around the camera holes. Did not clean the mess outside of the phone.The ugly: he quoted me $85, but that ended up being the price without tax. I ended up paying $92 for a $10 battery (according to ebay) and a dubious installation.

Fantastic experience with Sam. My wife ran over her iPhone and cracked the case. I called him first and Sam said it would take 15 min and the price was about $120 service included. He warned me the screen would be slightly different in color than the original, and offered a higher model for a higher price. It’s an older phone so I said no. I dropped off the phone and shopped for about 13 min and came back and he was already done. That was about 6 months ago and the screen is still working great. My wife did notice the slight difference in color (I couldn’t tell but I’m sure if it was my phone I would), but she has no complaints. I had a great experience and would definitely come back if I ever needed more iPhone help.

Exceptional service! Sam was able to fix the back glass on my iPhone in less than an hour. Looks as good as new. Highly recommend.

Not only did Sam provide a reasonable quote that was correct, he showed up on a day he normally is not present for me to replace the screen on my nephew's One Plus 8. It was done quickly, and he recommended some additional repairs we can schedule later if needed. I will be back for future needs!

Had a cracked phone screen from many months before I found Sam at MDR. Sam was welcoming and friendly along with a service that was unmatched. He went over all the issues and helped me through the process. He fixed my phone screen within a few minutes, all while being affordable! Definitely would recommend to my other friends and family. if you have any phone related issues. this would be the place to go.

Emailed for a quote for service through website, had a phone call in under two minutes. They showed up 90 minutes later and had the screen replaced in 15 minutes. So fast and easy, I've bookmarked the business and I'll call them first from now on!! Thank you so much Sam!!
