Thanksgiving day you had a female standing outside lock the doors so no one can get in while she’s smoking a cigarette. She wouldn’t open the doors for 30 minutes. She said she was on break this is so unprofessional.

Good prices for Irvine but the need to keep the supplies at the pumps stocked. Squeegee ripped, or missing. Towels missing, gloves empty, antibacterial empty and the car wash is off line every other work.Staff is very nice and inside is clean.

You can’t pay for gas at the gas terminal using a mobile wallet on your phone. You have to have your physical card with you. Super inconvenient

I came Wednesday afternoon at 6 pm the lady working at the counter was very rude and obviously was not doing her job right! Please do not hire such a people who do not know how to talk to people. I ended up going to Chevron. They just lost a customer who used to go there all the time.

Hand sanitizers cases at pumps are empty.They need to water the plants .If a pump does not work they need to put a yellow sign for it.

Decent, clean, big gas station. My only gripe was when I tried to use my point from the app, the employee had almost no idea how to continue/finish the transaction if someone uses point only.
