Love their fresh sashimi packes all the way in the back fridge.There are Japanese style eateries inside if you're not a seafood fan (plates ranges from chicken Katsu to noodles).FYI, the Matsu in Costa Mesa is bigger and has more varieties, if you're willing to take the drive.

Plenty of different foods to try out. There are noodles at one and rice dishes at the one in the corner. Also a bakery and donuts ? store inside the food court. The grocery store has bentos to get as well.

This place has a bigger variety of snacks and groceries. They also had the cookie wafers with trading cards inside from a variety of anime shows. They have a mini food court and an assortment of claw machines with plushies as prizes

This is a place that sells Japanese products. Kikkoman soy sauce is good value for money. Other products feel a bit expensive.

The cleanest Mitsuwa I’ve been in. Friendly, excellent lighting and layout and super clean. Did not try the food but it was packed inside and everyone seemed to be loving the food from the different outlets.

Japanese supermarket, this Japanese supermarket is actually a little more expensive than the one in Costa Mesa, but it is relatively close to my home in Irvine, so I often come here to buy bread or other Japanese specialty foods, ingredients, daily necessities, etc. The drinks menu is also very comprehensive. Highly recommended
