“I would give a 4 star to the front office staff for acknowledging someone that come thru the door but 0 star on one of the phlebotomist, Joanna, I had a terrible experience this morning, she inserted the needle in my right arm so sudden that it gave me pain right away then moved it abruptly toward the right side that I had to pull my arm due to extreme pain. I gave whole blood and platelets to Red Cross on a regular basis to know that this was not normal. She seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me.”

“I came at opening hoping to get done earlier than scheduled time, but did not expect them to see me right away. So they didn’t see me right away?, they saw me closer to my appointment time which was 7:40. Checking in was quick and plenty of seating available. I was greeted my Samantha and she took me back to get started. I like her calm demeanor and informative vibe, she was also transparent about possible payments in case insurance didn’t covered everything. Overall, it was a good experience and Samantha was able to get blood from my hand, which is a first. Now I am going to ask for this next time because I am told my veins are strong ?? but move around a lot. ??♀️”

The lab is located on the second floor, and there's an elevator available.
Lunch break is from 12 to 1 PM.
Additionally, there’s free parking available on the ground floor, making it even more accessible.”

“A place I visited in a crowded city when I returned home during my first visit to the United States.I used it for inspection on weekends, and I remember that it opens at 10 o'clock on weekends.The staff were friendly regardless of the customer's age.In preparation for any unexpected situation, he confirmed the email spelling and changed contact information to the SIM card, and also kindly provided detailed instructions.Although each person's feelings will be different, I was able to return home in a good mood thanks to the very kind response and examination.I received the test results the next morning, so there was no problem.thanked. take care of yourself!”

“OMG! Super friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated, in and out very quick, they explained and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you! They were all in appropiate suits/lab coats. Parking was great, waiting room very nice, felt really comfortable again super clean and sanitized, thats KEY for me. I went here after waiting 3hrs at quest, walked out! So glad I found LabCorp, I recommend this place to others. Don't bother with Quest.”
