4 years later, after writing my first review of Mclaren, I finally bought one. What a great experience! Randy was my salesman. He's fantastic. Showed great patience with all my questions and concerns. A real pro. He went out of his was to make certain everything was perfect when I took delivery of my pacific blue 570 gt. Nick is the store manager. Nicest guy ever. He was actually the one to take me out on my first test drive for this car, Randy was with someone else at the time. Nick was present for the entire transaction and also made sure everything went smoothly. He has a wealth of information about the brand. Great guy to talk with. Pietro is the dealership principal, the top dog. One of the nicest and most down to earth guys you'd ever want to meet. You'd never know the weigh of a multi million dollar dealership rest on his shoulders. He even stepped in during the negotiations and helped move the deal along (in my favor). I have visited the dealership a few times in the last week or so and each time he was down on the showroom floor, talking with his staff and customers. Everyone seems to love him. We spoke a few times and you can tell he loves what he does. He also knows A LOT about these cars. Whoever owns the dealership is lucky to have him. Destiny is usually the first face you see when you walk in. This poor girl had to deal with me for almost 2 hours the day I picked the car up. I was a little nervous about such a large purchase so the dad jokes were flowing. She has a great sense of humor and is super fun to talk to. It must be a crazy thing dealing with people that buy cars here, several are over a million dollars. (I bought the least expensive car they had for sale.) Anyhow, like everyone here, Destiny is top tier. A true asset to the dealership. Helen works in apparel. When you buy a car here, you get a little free swag, so they sent me back to pick out a hat and jacket. Who doesn't like free stuff? Helen was an absolute sweetheart. She helped me pick out a few fun pieces that weren't too, "hey look at me!!!" something I'd actually want to wear. She was happy to go into the back and search for my size and hooked me up with some great merchandise. Every time I have seen Helen she's had a big smile for me. In a dealership filled with happy people who love what they do, she manages to stand out. My entire experience here couldn't've been better. I'm sure this is just one of many cars I'll buy from Randy and the team here. Thanks to everyone who contributed to getting my behind the wheel of my first supercar.

We stopped by to look at a new McLaren, but have never shopped McLaren before. I have a purchase from Ferrari Newport Beach, but wanted to check out a competing brand. We were greeted by Matthew when we entered the showroom, and I'm so glad he greeted us. Great guy and great car guy. You can tell he REALLY loves car, and I learned so much about McLaren while we were there, and he was kind enough to take us or a test drive. Wow! What a car. This will be my next car. The car is phenomenal, the current leasing program is extremely consumer-friendly, and Matthew is the guy that I want to work with. Working on some numbers for a trade, but everything has been great so far.

My Mclaren is at there place in Newport Beach I brought it in for a smog certificate George said it's $595.00 for a smog certificate 10 times more than a regular car the next week we called and he said it is $4000.00 we just bought the car from a dealership up north that bought it from Mclaren Newport Beach now I wanted to see if my car was done and George said he wanted $9500. Plus a $4000.00 Diagnostic fee and we called again and they want more money trying to get car out of this crooked dealership we never have signed anything I am going to try bbb next car held hostage I only approved a smog not everything Elise they think it needs it runs fine

We brought in the MC Laren to have the windshield replace, because I thought there's a crack. They said they replaced and charged us $5,200. I checked and the crack is still there. After all of that, they told us it was an antenna, not the crack. So why are you replacing it without a crack. What a ripoff? I wonder did they really replace it or not? Don't a good Technician should check the windshield if for any crack before replacing it?

Simply the best! I've been a customer for 5 years. Nick is sales is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The guys in the service area do great work. Two cars and third on the way. Excellent service, trustworthy and fantastic to work with!

I just completed a purchase of a new 720s spider which I ordered from McLaren Newport Beach. I was fortunate to work with Jordan who was amazing. From the time we ordered the car to delivery they took care of every detail and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Even delivered the car to our door! Wonderful experience would definitely use them again!

I have been working with Jordan @ lambo/mclaren for a few things. He bought my evo spyder from me with every promise delivered. They paid exactly what they promised too so I decided to buy my next exotic from him. I ended up with a new Mclaren GT which from the price to service I am more than impressed! Jordan and I will remain doing business for many more cars to come! Im a huge fan of this dealership! Great work Jordan! David W.

My husband and I purchased our second McLaren a few years back from here. Exceptional and easy transactions for both. I'm just now getting to this review as I wanted to highlight their service which has been top notch in every experience we have had to date. We have used another local McLaren dealership for service as it is closer to us, but in our experience McLaren Newport Beach blows all other local McLaren dealerships away in every aspect. Their prices are a bit higher on services, but owning 3 McLarens has shown us why that is. We highly recommend dealing with Jordan Hauk if you're coming in to purchase. Our service advisor George has been phenomenal at communicating with us when our car has come in.
