Had an amazing experience working with Kevin. I went into the store to check out a mattress I was looking to purchase online. Kevin was working the store by himself and was assisting a customer. He took down my information and let me know that he would call me back later. Didn't expect a callback until the next day as it was pretty close to closing. Not only did Kevin call back right before closing. He took the time to run a few options and was able to get me a very competitive price. Overall, I had an amazing experience working with Kevin and highly suggest people to look for Kevin when shopping for a new mattress.

I was extremely impressed by Kevin Moore at the Tustin Market Place location. He was down to earth, very knowledgeable about the different mattress types, and provided great advice and answers to all my questions. He was patient and friendly to my 3 year old daughter and gave me a better deal than anything I found online. Furthermore, he was able to deliver my mattress THE NEXT DAY. I don’t normally rave about salespeople but he is exceptional and I’ve told all my family and friends. Thank you Kevin!

Trev at the Marketplace location was the perfect salesperson. Obviously there is training to ask the questions to get to what a customer is looking for but I felt NO pressure to make a decision or purchase (although I did) and all suggestions were geared to what I had shared.Looking forward to mattress delivery and very appreciative for the excellent shopping and purchase experience.

I highly recommend Kevin at Mattress Firm for anyone looking for a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and helped me pick the best one for our sleeping habits. He was very kind and went above and beyond to help us. We went to four other mattress stores but Mattress Firm by far had the best selection with concierge service. Coming back here for parents soon! Thank you, Kevin, for making our mattress shopping easy and enjoyable!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service my wife and I received during and after our recent mattress purchase.We had picked out a mattress while at the purple store in Brea, however purple direct was not able to deliver the particular mattress for 2-3 weeks. We started to call a few of the local mattress retailers in hopes to find something sooner. Thankfully we had a few options to pursue locally and since purple sets the price, the mattress was priced the same as it was in the purple store.One of the phone conversations we had stood out from the rest with Trev at Mattress Firm. He was very courteous, and made sure all our questions were answered. Despite having choices that may have been closer to us, we drove further due to the rapport Trev established.Trev, went above and beyond to guide us through the order and delivery process. Mattress Firm was able to deliver next day, which was super impressive and everything came as expected. We had a follow up conversation with Trev after delivery and couldn't be happier.Thank you Kevin and Trev!

I didn’t think picking out a bed could be such a wonderful experience. This guy does the work! He puts in the hours and does his research. He even gave me book suggestions! Hugo was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. With over 60 mattresses to select from he listened to what I wanted and got me the best quality without blowing my budget. He was super appreciative of my medical profession and veteran status. If I needed more than just 1 mattress I'd be sure to find him again.

My experience with the Mattress Firm Market Place was a resounding success. Hugo listened to my needs, including comfort, construction, and price. He suggested several mattresses for me to try and patiently waited until I finished my pseudo slumbers.The mattress I selected exceeded my expectations and I was very pleasantly surprised at the price.I’m glad I included the Mattress Firm on my check-it-out list. I highly recommend a visit here if you’re shopping for a mattress.

This was my first time buying a mattress and Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Asked me all kinds of questions regarding how my fiancé and I sleep and how we would get our best rest; not just about our budget. Saved us nearly a thousand dollars compared to other mattress stores. Highly recommended mattress firm at the market place!!

Harry helped us find our mattress and he was amazing! Quick, efficient, listened to what we were looking for and was so helpful. He didn’t try to push us on anything but made sure we compared all options to make sure we made the right decision. We had so much fun mattress shopping and hanging out with him. Made our night!
