Had a great mattress shopping experience with Justin at this location. Showed us a whole variety of brands, firmness, and even proper pillow height for our new place. Definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Justin. Be sure to take advantage of their sales during the holidays!

Great place! My girlfriend and I came in not sure what we were looking for, as we had no idea how in depth/important buying a mattress was.. I had assumed my aches and pains were simply from aging or being dumb as a kid, Trev gave us the rundown on what's what, very much appreciated info dump. We felt very confident in what to look for afterwards.. came in the next day to try a few more out and Justin pointed us to the perfect mattress within our budget and with zero compromise! I felt we got a really great deal. They really did take care of us here and we're very excited for our mattress to be delivered. Thank you both for making this simple and fun.. will definitely come back for future purchases..

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Justin while trying to resolve a misunderstanding regarding the exchange and return policy for a $5,000 mattress I purchased. Initially, there was some confusion on my part about the policy, but when I called to inquire about a second exchange, I was shocked by Justin's behavior.
Instead of calmly explaining the situation, Justin was incredibly impolite, sarcastic, and interrupted me constantly. At one point, he even began yelling after each sentence, which was entirely uncalled for. Regardless of whether I misunderstood the policy or not, no customer deserves to be treated with such anger and disrespect.
For a company to allow someone like Justin to interact with customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase here to beware of the unprofessional conduct that I encountered.
