I've had issues with this company several times. There were some issues with questions I had that pertained to errors on my tax returns that I need to resolve with Sharon. I called Sharon constantly, left messages with the receptionist and also emailed several times and I don't get a courtesy for a call back. If your looking for a tax preparer that protects your finances by following IRS protocols this company is not for you.

If they don't respond to online enquiries and don't respond to telephone messages left with Celia, I can only imagine that they can't handle my business!

Absolutely the best CPA firm and professional staff we could have asked for. Even though we are not local and everything was done via email, phone calls and zoom meetings, we always felt a priority and very well taken care of. I would recommend Sharon and her team in a heartbeat!

We are glad that we found Masler & Associates to prepare our taxes. We met and spoke with Sharon in their office and visited their office to drop off documents, also spoke with the office staff and they have been professional and provided great customer service. Sharon is knowledgeable, up to date on current tax changes, and responded quickly to our questions during the busy tax season.Highly recommended for tax preparation services.

I used Masler and Associates for the first time this year, and was extremely pleased. They helped me with tax planning, then completed my federal and state returns for 2022. I found Sharon, Rochelle and Cecilia to be knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and efficient. Their charges are quite reasonable as well. I look forward to continuing to work with them!

I used Masler and Associates for the first time this year and am extremely pleased. They helped me with tax planning (which they did very well even though I gave them somewhat incomplete information) and for completing my taxes for the 2022 tax year. I found them to be friendly, responsive and very efficient. I worked with Rochelle, Cecilia and Sharon and they were all excellent to work with. I found their charges quite reasonable as well. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

This year was the first in many years that I needed to consult a tax accountant. I had no references except for the internet and took a chance on Masler & Associates. I could not be more pleased. They helped me with several issues with a professional and concerned attitude. I am glad to know I have someone I can count on in the future.

Where to even start! Working with Masler & Associates has been nothing but a seamless, easy, enjoyable, and professional experience.I was referred to them from a mutual friend. All though my business is small and I'm likely a not-so important client they still took care of my needs like I was one of their regulars!Sharon has been helping me with my annual taxes for a couple years, but it wasn't until recently that I needed more help as my 50/50 business partner and I were splitting ways.Not only did they guide me through this difficult time, but they were also able to help me put together the buy-sell agreement necessary to acquire full ownership of my business.Masler & Associates is a one stop shop for businesses big or small. They offer CPA services, book keeping services, and even lawyer services all under one roof. That's huge!!
