My wife loves the store. However, Nov/2nd night time; the lady with the pride/proud sticker was rude with no smiles and made us feel unwelcome. We shop there there all the time. This was the first time we felt unwelcome.

The very first moment I walked into the store, she gently approached me and asked what I needed. Together, we went throughout the store to help find me a perfect product for my hair loss and stress. She was very knowledgable about all of the products. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made me feel really comfortable and welcomed ?
She is a walking hug and a ray of sunshine ? I felt very lucky meeting her today, her good vibes followed me home!?

Visited this location ( lush, Irvine spectrum) today and was greeted by Jessie with her amazing customer service!! The moment I walked in they were very attentive, welcoming, and insightful about products I needed. Jessie’s geniality shaped the experience to make it feel as personalized as possible, would highly recommend!!

me and my friends booked one of the parties that lush was doing and it was an absolute blast! we did the fun and games and the treat yourself pack which included fun interactive games with soaps, and then being able to test out different face masks, it was so much fun!! all thanks to our amazing guide and staff, alyza and griselda! they were so nice, sweet and really brought the fun to the party! highly recommend trying this if youre looking for something fun and exciting to do!

I have a great experience every time I come! The staff are the perfect level of attentive without bothering you too much. They also have excellent recommendations, last year a gal recommended the Outback Mate soap to me and I'll never use anything else again. Always super friendly and personable too. I'll keep coming back!

Amazing customer service. 1st time visiting Jose was very helpful and detail informative with all the products. Was very cautious of my friends allergies. Ask for Jose for a amzing plush experience.

Gigi was soooo amazing.. came in with my daughter and they treated us so welcoming.. since we walked in extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable will definitely come back and hopefully she’s there. Katie also helped us and was extremely nice and welcoming. The whole store’s vibe makes me just want to come back. Will definitely look into a bday party there for my daughter. Cannot say enough great things about them!

My family members and I were shopping here on May 12th at around 5pm and I want to extend my gratitude to all of the employees who were working that shift. They were extremely helpful and insightful on the products we were interested in, and even went above and beyond to cater to my young niece who was interested in the colourful products as well. Sold me an expired face masks after checking the bottom to make sure they were good :)I threw out the mask after breaking out but the mask had been expired for over a month.
