Worst experience ever. Jason Shoeman fed us lie after lie to get us to agree to less cash out at a higher interest rate.Do not do business with this company. Trust me, you can find another company that will tell you the truth from day one.

These guys were not the best to work with and I don't recommend trying to refinance through them. There was a bunch of false promises from start to finish. I understand the market changes, but they did nothing to try and help me get the best option for months for a refinance. I had to hassle them for weeks and months just to figure out what was going on with my file and what they were even trying get for me. I wasted so much time with these guys and it seemed like excuse after excuse. My guess is that they take on too many clients and they don't make you feel important. I know that there was nothing wrong on my end because I just closed on a refinance with another company that found me the best option and it took no more than 2 months. I gotta say it was not a pleasure working with Loadleaders of America.Edit: Aaron is the one who took over my file and claimed that the "team" (Robert) got let go. He claimed that him and his brother who own the company would make sure I was taken care of but that was not the case. Do not be fooled.

We tried 3 different lenders, but Loanleaders were the quickest to respond and had the best rates and lowest costs of the 3. While we were comparison shopping, both of the other lenders I spoke with said they couldn't match the offer Loanleaders had found! When we ran into glitches in the refinance process, Loanleaders listened and made things work for us. Our loan closed at a great rate and very low costs, with the full cash-out we needed. I will definitely recommend Loanleaders to friends, and will go to them first should we ever need to refinance or obtain a mortgage in the future.

My Agent Donovan Mayoral was honest, courteous and up front from the very beginning with any potential issues that may cause issues. The closing was seamless and very fast. I recently received the absolute best service and industry expertise from Loyd Lucas and Jackie. We managed to close in what was about a 2 week period. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. If you plan to refinance id highly suggest working with them to meet yoir needs. If it's possible and doable they'd know better than anyone else. After 5 months and countless follow up calls and emails . I felt very disappointed with this firm. Customer service is in the past for this company. Their underwriting department is pathetic and questionable decisions on whether I could qualify was poorly critically thought through. I wish this government would see people like myself struggle and be less focused on the legality of policies in a Fanny Mae! A bit of empathy would serve your ethical side of working for us: customers!!!

Run Don't Walk , Away from these Lying Shysters !!! My first loan with this deceptive company was less then a year from my second refi .Before I started the first loan I asked their loan broker ," What if interest rates go lower? His reply was ,"I PROMISE If rates should go lower in the future ,I WILL REDUE THE LOAN, at that time and CHARGE YOU NOTHING , I Promise .(LIE) .First Refi loan in Dec. 2019 with Loanleaders of America Inc. ,costs were :* $8,190.PMI , 2+ points $10,219 , Origination Fee $ 1,590. = $ 19,999. ( approx. )Refi 'd the loan again in Sept.2020 with Loanleaders of America Inc. ,coats were :2 1/2 points $12,325 , Origination Fee $ 1,590. Total $ 13,915 ( approx. )Refi in Sept. 2020 was the one that it was suppose to cost me nothing ! LOL. Besides that ,at the time the interest rate was at aneven lower rate then what they gave me. I did not know terms till day of signing.They also said they'd pay other charges which they didn't .RUN DON'T WALK AWAY from LOANLEADERS of AMERICA , Inc. , You'll save yourself Thousands ,* RUN from these two faced , Lying Shysters !!!

I can't say much about the company, I can only speak about my experience with a specific lender. I had a horrible experience with Mike, very unprofessional, immature and disorganized. Due to the lack of communication as well as disorganization we had to switch lenders mid escrow. Upon switching lenders, he sent me and my agent a very unprofessional rude email. I am so glad this deal did not work out with him and he did not get my business. I will definitely not refer anyone to Mike.

We recently refinanced our home with the assistance of Jason Schoeman. Jason and his team made the refinance process seamless. He was thorough, punctual, and on top of things.
