Liquipel product itself is okay, however, their guarantee to reimburse customers for a cracked screen is an absolute scam. I did drop my phone, causing the screen to crack. I paid a $50 deductible to have it replaced. Liquipel guarantees that they will reimburse. I provided all the necessary documents, was "approved" to receive a check and it has been 5 months and I still have not received a check. Everytime I call, they promise to escalate my case, but still haven't had them keep their promise.

HORRIBLE! They Gave me a false sense of security, to where I even removed my previous screen protector, because it was starting to have scratches. Now my screen is Cracked and I have multiple scratches just from sand at the beach!!! I have had many drops with my other case & Protector on and never has my screen CRACKED!!! I KNOW that had I not used liquipel, my phone would still be in perfect condition!SO Pissed.

Placing on phone is scetchy at best and edges do not adhere properly leaving air bubbles around the outside

I hate I had to buy this but the brand I usually buy was out a stock. It is horrible! Could not place on phone properly AND there is a scratch/smudge on screen protector BEFORE I even put on. Still tried to put on and didn’t work at all. Do not buy this brand.

Purchased screen protector, I kept getting emails saying the need a clearer picture on my receipt. Clearly they are a company with no integrity, deceptive sales tactics.

I do recommend Liquipel. Even though it took time to get my refund back. They went above and beyond to make it up to me and I got the refund for the broken screen. They answer in a timely manner. Great and professional customer service. Thank you

my phone cracked with a liquipel screen protector and it cost 150 to replace through my phone carrier's insurance plan. liquipel has been really good about holding up their end if the deal. they are mailing me a check for 150 to cover the cost. they have a remarkable response time when it comes to emails also. I am very pleased with my service

$9.95 might as well flushed down Taco Bell's toilet. Absolutely no way of getting air bubbles out upon application without breaking the actual phone screen. Followed the instructions and was very gentle and conscious about applying product. For 30 minutes. And nothing but air bubbles. Completely worthless product!!!!
