Really good storage units, was with them for 3 years. If units costs didn’t go up I’d recommend for short time storage, but overall good experience.

Bummed with them the 2nd time around.I stored at this specific location for 8 months before, paid a fair price, and never had my unit price increased.This 2nd time around has been like a bidenomics disaster.First I came in person to finalize my agreement since the manager on the phone was clearly upset with the new system they converted to. The day I went to move my stuff in my gate code didn’t work and the office staff said i cancelled the unit the day after (after paying $192 with the startup fees on top of $122/month, but why would I cancel?!)They luckily gave me the same unit # but the price jumped because of ‘market value’ and I had to pay the start up fees AGAIN and there was no record I just paid the $192. You would think they could honor the price I came in since it was their system or ppl who messed up.Another manager said she’d partner with corp on the issue, but never heard back from her.I left VM’s and emailed with no resolve over a month, and finally got it escalated to get my initial $192 back.The icing on the cake is I’ve had my stuff stored for 3 months now and just got a notice the price jumped to $254 now.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT store with life storage, or other big chains, look for a smaller company that doesn’t use the rapey price tactics of “revenue management”I will add that I just called and spoke with the new manager and he accommodated me a little bit, I appreciate the effort.

Tyler was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and was even able to change the lightbulb in my storage unit that has been out since I moved it. Overall good experience.

As a long time customer of Life Storage In Irvine we have dealt with many managers throughout the years, however thus far nothing can beat the service and the courtesy we received from Tyler, the new store manager. Tyler is super patient and will go the extra mile to make sure you get the best experience possible. This level of service is becoming rare nowadays. Tyler is an asset to Life Storage and I can only hope that the upper management would appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Thanks again Tyler for all your help :)

Compared prices of several self-storage facilities in the Orange County area, and Life Storage has the best prices and options!Received excellent service from Site Manager Tyler; he answered all of my questions and made my rental process smooth and easy!I highly recommend Life Storage!
