Wow, what a great experience, Troy and all the staff are always so gracious, helpful and very knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer questions and explain any concerns I may have. Such a great variety of stones and jewelry, definitely worth checking them out.

I wanted to get my girlfriend a diamond necklace for Christmas and went to many jewelers in the OC area. Liberty Diamonds was the first place where I felt like they weren't trying to sell me on something that I wasn't interested in. They helped me custom build the necklace and were very flexible with my price point. I felt very accommodated throughout the process and they were also very friendly and professional.
I am writing this review 6 months after my purchase because my girlfriend still reminds me everyday how much she loves and cherishes this necklace. The next time I am shopping for jewelry, this will definitely be the place I'm going.

In my opinion, they’re very dishonest people. I took my diamond earrings to them to get one of earrings fixed because the clasp is missing. Inside of checking the one needed to be fixed, the woman checked the diamond on my good earring, with the magnifier, and took both of them to the back room, at that time I was wondering why she did that. After a while, she. came back with my good earring and i would take one week for them to fix the other one. As soon as I got home, I found one of the diamonds was missing ! If you want to take your jewelry to them, you’d better think twice.

Troy is the absolute BEST! I highly recommend Liberty diamonds to anyone on the market for jewelry. Specifically for engagement rings I had an amazing experience. They are extremely personable, and welcoming. The staff was so helpful and patient in the decision process of designing an engagement ring. The turn around time is extremely fast and the prices are competitive… not to mention the quality is INSANE. Loved the engagement ring so much we did both wedding bands with them as well!

Troy and his team were amazing!!! We went in for a resizing on my engagement ring and he suggested I get beads instead since my hand will swell up in the summer. We dropped it off and later remembered that my fiancé and I had our engagement shoot scheduled for Sunday. We called and asked to pick it up before it started to get worked on so that we can have it for the photos but Troy reached out to my fiancé and offered to have it read within 24 hours instead. Great customer service!!! We loved our visit and cannot recommend enough. Will be back for any jewelry needs! Thank you Troy!!! And the dog was so cute too! :)

We needed to have a few rings resized that we purchased from them several years ago and they were able to do it in a timely manner. The sizing and craftsmanship of the work are outstanding. They look and feel like brand new rings after they were finished. They even updated the appraisals on the rings to reflect the updated size of them as well. Outstanding customer service and value. Thank you again for a job well done.

I strongly recommended this store. I bought a wedding ring from Bulgari. And I came to this store and put diamonds on it. It looks amazing and beautiful. The price is reasonable compare with other stores and good quality as well. The customer service is wonderful. I came to the store and one diamond was missing and they fixed it for me and I paid a little bit money to polish it and clean it, they did such wonderful job, my ring just like brand new from the store. I will go to the store again to buy some other customized jewelry. Thank you.

Fantastic engagement ring repair experience! Troy was incredibly prompt and responsive to my Yelp message, answering all of my questions and providing a very fair quote to repair a diamond accent that had come out on the band of my fiancé's engagement ring. Visited the shop the next morning and Troy had me square and the ring repaired in less than 15 minutes. Great shop as well, strong recommend to give your business to Liberty Diamonds, Troy and the team!
