Really bad experience I ever had at Levi’s store, feel like I’m shopping on bad management franchisee store not on corporate store, supervisor Danial is a unprofessional person, he is not willing to help with my return, don’t appreciate my business as a loyal Red tab member..so rude

I went to purchase a couple pair of jeans and made the mistake to come to this store instead of an outlet. The manager gave the instruction to one of the employees to ring me and 5 seconds later he was instructing her something else. To the point that I noticed she was not putting attention to my order as it had to be place online, I ended up speaking up and calling out the manager that him and his staff were all over the place except providing customer service. She forgot to place my order and after calling them out I ended up with a charge for the online order they placed without no receipt nor email. Days later the manager called me that the order wasn't processed and now I needed to dispute this with my bank - so their incompetence became my problem. The funny thing is that is just a matter of time that all these stores will be managed online - good luck!

Went at 8:35pm and immediately the store associate turned to me and said "the fitting rooms are closed and we close at 9". It felt like she wanted me to just leave so I said ok no problem and turned to leave while she said "are you sure?". Perhaps she realized how it came across but I wouldn't recommend going past 8:00pm although the store closes at 9.

I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success.

Great customer service.This employee team was so patient and helpful that I was able to find 3 pairs of jeans that I love - so I bought them all! Employees Owen and Michaela were fantastic helping me with fit and choosing styles that look good on me. This was no easy task as I am tall and thin so jeans are hard to find that I like. I don’t just like my new Levi’s…I love them. I will definitely recommend this store.

Last Time I Was There All Levi Jean's Were Seconds And They Cost $ 5.00 More Than Anywhere Else Something At The Levi Outlet Stores Will Never Go Back Again

We came here to return/exchange Christmas gifts and the workers tonight were so helpful! Not only did they have to let me into the dressing rooms three times, but my gal also helped check for a specific style of jeans in every size, and in two colors, both in-store and online. Great customer service!

It takes a lot for me to leave less than 3 stars and a bad review but we walked in looking for cords for our son and the employees did not even so much as acknowledge we had walked into the store. They looked like they were either doing a floor set or checking inventory. The store was not closed. They were extremely rude. I said excuse me, I wanted to ask a question and nothing. Even when super busy in a store we have not had an experience like this on a long time. There is always people around to help.

There's a newport beach fashion island location now but I will put my review here because Nate who helped me tonight was amazing and he told me he's moving to the Irvine location. Not only was he patient and willing to give an honest opinion as I tried on 4 styles and 2 different sizes but he also assisted me on the hemming process. I am so excited to pick up my new jeans. Their alteration option and tailor shop on site at this location is super convenient and you can customize your jeans to add patchwork, different levi logo in the back, buttons etc for an affordable price. Honestly so great!! NATE YOURE AMAZING. THANKS FOR HELPING ME TONIGHT! He even stayed past close to answer my many annoying questions. This is what customer service should be. A humble, nice human being helping another out. Jean is super hard to fit.
