Hard money is intimidating like it was for my husband and I, but I now see why it makes sense for investors. Lending Express has been a big help to our transition from living in real estate to flipping and becoming investors of real estate. Donna Lazarescu was helpful to get our loan done within only about a week, she was on top of it - responsive, texted us even on the weekends when we had questions. This was a relief especially because we had anxiety as first time flippers. And they had a good leverage option for first time fix flip as well with no experience. Another reason I went with them is, other places tried to charge me more points. All in all, great experience with honest people who will tell you whether they can do something or not, and answer your questions when you have them.
