The worse customer service in a store I've ever experienced. I stood there standing waiting to be helped while the 3 other representatives were talking to each other on their walkie talkies. Btw no other customers in the store. I will never shop foot locker again.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but stays out of your way. The store is clean and well laid out. I went specifically for Crocs, and they have a wide selection with almost all the sizes. Even though the store was packed, there was still seating available to try on shoes. Major plus!

On this day 12/13/22 around 4:40 pm, my wife and I walk in to look for a pair of rose gold pumas and my wife asked for a size of 7.5. One of the employees comes out with the box. My wife examines the shoe and it looks good and it fits good. As my wife and I are about to pay, she noticed the shoes we were about to get wasn't rose gold. Then we're standing there and waiting for someone to bring out the correct shoes my wife wanted. After waiting for 5 minutes, one of the employees comes out with the same freakin shoes again and the cashier literally said rose gold and apparently whoever brought the shoes is a shmuck and didn't listen. Then my wife and I continue to stand there and wait and finally someone brought out the shoes my wife wanted but he was also a dick about it. He asked my wife "better now?" My wife and I regret shopping at Foot Locker. We should've went somewhere else with better customer service. The customer service here is a freakin joke!!

I understand why they do not get good reviews because their customer service is absolute trash. I was looking for a pair of shoes and I asked if they have a certain size in stock. They said they didn't have that. I said okay, do you make it in a kid's size (because I do have small feet so) and they said "well Nike doesn't make it in kids' sizes" ROLLED THEIR EYES and walked away. I went to a different shoe store, and behold, they had that shoe in a kid's size. It was all red Nike 270s, all red including the soles. The second time I went in, I was buying pink Nike 270s and I tried on two sizes a 7 and a 7.5 I told the lady with the bright pink lip gloss that I wanted the 7.5 but put the 7 back. I don't know if she didn't comprehend that correctly but she took both shoes and when I went up to pay she said "well you told me to put both of them back" making me look stupid. I told her, " well no, I said I wanted the 7.5" again, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Absolute trash of customer service.

Just went in there to return a pair of shoes and the service is terrible the woman checking me out was not friendly at all! Never experienced service this bad in a while.. that's why I choose online shopping, until I have to return something.

After going last week and getting no help at all I almost left a review, but now after going there yesterday oh my god. Not only did it take someone 10 minutes to come ask me what shoe I wanted, I then walk up to the cash register and right when I get there the guy goes, " hold on I need to make this phone call" during this phone call 2 other employees are standing a good 5 feet from me doing nothing but just looking through one rack of clothes and back up at me. Then ten minutes go buy and I'm still here looking like a clown trying to buy these shoes in my damn hand. Another 5 minutes go by and I leave the shoes right on the cashier and walk out. I mean what the actual f***** Do better.

Only reason I gave them one star is because he f tue sales person Connor. Great guy, great attitude and I HOPE he becomes the store manager. On the other hand, the store manager Stephan is an incompetent, no attitude, low life, clueless moron that has NO idea how to manage his team or his store. He is the reason for BAD review. Get RID of this incompetent clueless moron and put Connor in charge and your store will Do much better. I visited the store multiple times and every time the store manager Stephan is more clueless and more lost than before. Sad but he needs to go and get replaced by Connor the salesPerson. Connor, I hope you become the store manager soon because you deserve it and you'll do so much better.

Needed help with an exchange. Brayden was super helpful in making the transaction quick and easy for me. Was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. Won't have to think twice about where I'll be going next time I'm in the need.

Bad customer service every time I come in here. I walked in made eye contact with one of the reps and no greeting. This time I was browsing for almost 10 minutes and no one came to ask if I needed any help. When I walked out of the store there was no one on the floor. Terrible.

I debated hard on whether or not to write a review for this hidden gem because I didn't want the word to spread that this place existed...but I must - FOR Google It's located in a random East LA area and there is a parking lot in the back.
