Finance- Sammy SheikhI just went today to purchase my first car.. He made my first time buying a car the worst experience ever. I felt so rushed during the whole process of it. - There was an adjustment needed to be made on the money portion on the contract because I already told the sales person that I will be paying certain amount of money with my credit card for points. He said he already printed out the paper and told me to just write a check for that amount AS IF it's something that he can't make any changes on the contract. When I kept telling him I already spoke with the sales person about that, he seemed a little annoyed but finally tells me I can do that. After he finishes that credit card transaction, I asked him if it's okay not to print out the new contract with correct number. He told me to "JUST write a check with that correct amount and will edit it later" I'm definitely going to keep my eyes out for it in case I got charged more.- After that, I became more cautious and wanted to read thru my contract. He kept flipping the page for me to just sign and go on to the next page.- I had an issue with car insurance, but he was definitely not nice about it when I wanted to take some time to figure out what would be the best option for me to do.He never told me that I could choose the number of days I wish to purchase the insurance that dealership can provide until my insurance becomes effective. He just input 21 days. I found out there was even AN OPTION for him to choose the number of days I want to buy the insurance for when I closely watched what he was doing on the website. Originally, he told me the price is the same either I do for 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month. BUT, it was NOT true. Because when I asked him to change to 14 days, obviously the price DROPPED. He explains he didn't want me to go drive my car with no insurance and get into an accident since ins company these days is taking forever to approve the car insurance. But, if he at least told me there was an option, that would've been nicer and perhaps14-day period was way cheaper than 21-day period. Then, he told me that I need to decide right at that moment and tell him quick because he has another person he's helping. To add on top of that, he told us that he's not trying to sell(?) his liability for just $100 and not make money off of me...??? Okay.....?If you were that busy, why did you even decide to help me? There were other people that could've helped me in such a better manner and walked me through. After everything was done, he had the audacity to come out and ask me to call him if I need any help...??????? Do you really think I would go back to you after everything I went through? Sammy, thank you so much for making me feel so rushed and making my first time buying a car the most "memorable" experience ever. It was my first time and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Honestly, I certainly do believe my experience could've turned out so much better than all this if you helped me with better manner. Also, I'm sorry if you expected me to write a better review when you showed me that act of kindness to offer help if I run into any in the future. Because that didn't make me feel better after everything you showed me.

Sammy and Michael S are top tier in customer service. We have bought 2 cars from them and highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to take care of every and any one of our wants and needs. After having a traumatic experience with our car. They both made sure to put us at ease and in a much better situation. If you go buy a car talk to Michael and Sammy they will take care of you and have you in the car of your dreams before you know it. So grateful for them.

If you want great conversations while buying a car you NEED a to go see MIKE and JEFF! They are a so kind and helpful on all levels. We purchased a K5 GT and had some hiccups along the way but by the end Mike & Jeff really took their time to explain how financing works and how to help us to shop insurance. Thank you for a learning experience and fun experience buys such a cool car with the bells and whistles. Truly a luxury car that has a great warranty.

I purchased a used Ford F-150 here a few days ago (October '23). It was in great shape and Kia did a great job getting it ready for sale. I had a great experience with salesperson Michael A. who showed me the truck, prepped it for a test drive, and got me started on the paperwork. Then I worked with Rafiq to finish the paperwork and decide on warranties, protection plans, maint plans, etc. Rafiq is very knowledgeable on these things and offered great advice on getting the most value out of my warranty and service plans. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful too.They were quicker to process my purchase than other dealerships had in the past, and they even helped with tips on how to handle taxes and payments because this truck will be a work truck. Last, they have a nice dealership with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. They even have a kids playroom that my daughter loved. It allowed me to stay focused with the purchasing process while my daughter was having a great time. Overall I had a great experience, I'm very happy with my truck and the price that I got. Thanks to all that helped me out.

My hubby and I just purchased a used palisade. Lexi was amazing! She was so helpful, and kind right from our first conversation on the phone. They had this car way below blue book costs and it was even more gorgeous in person! The process buying from them was quick and painless. GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!It was our first trip to Kia of Irvine and the first time buying a Kia!We had an appointment with Ashley who was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable about all the details of the car we were interested in and also tried hard to get us the best deal.Once we were ready for financial determination and qualification Jeff stepped in and explained everything clearly and honestly and helped us understand which option was best for us!At the end we had to make the decisions on how the financing works and that was when Bastian stepped in and took a very good care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the loan options, rates and payment options. He made sure patiently for us to understand our options and to make our final decision.I’m very happy with my experience at the Kia of Irvine and I will definitely consider returning and referring family and friends!

Kia of Irvine were very responsive and got me into the 2024 Niro PHEV Hybrid I was looking for! Michael A, Sales Consultant, greeted me instantly and he highlighted the features of the car with detail. He also got the preliminary paperwork done quickly while I test drove. He did an excellent job getting me information I wasn't aware of about the car and walked me through it's unique features.Sammy S, Finance Manager, likewise took me from there, and quickly and efficiently got me through the finance and paperwork process in record time. Just bought my new forte, I am a first time buyer and been scared a little bit about how it works , which is absolutely went perfect , sales consultant Harold made my car looking absolutely gorgeous and spotless, explained everything I need to know and been professional at all , also Sammy Sheikh finance manager done amazing job helping me with my financial options and explained all about my payments, insurance and everything else so I left it fully understanding what I need to do and how it works for me.
