8/12 - Run as fast as you can... This is the last day the finance guy who lied to me and ripped me off answered any of my emails.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Jeff and Nadine over at the pre-owned department. Nadine was very proactive and communicated with me from beginning to end. Jeff handled the whole buyout process like clockwork. Both are pros in what they do. I leased my Niro from Irvine 3 years ago and will continue to keep coming back to Irvine. Will also tell others about it. They are the best Kia dealer I have dealt with. And I have dealt with Covina, Pomona, Ontario and San Bernardino. Hands down Irvine beats them all. No comparison. Thank you guys for making life easier for me. I appreciate it.

Highly unprofessional staff. Was not attended professionally. Treated like we can't afford it. Told us to look for the car ourselves and went ahead with the family who came right after us. Then when we went back to talk they said these cars are very costly and treated as if we couldn't afford. That day they lost a customer. It could have well been us with a Kia car.

Returning customer!
I recently purchased a car from Kia, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The sales team including Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Wow where to begin! I can’t believe they are in business! Made an appointment will William to test drive an EV9 for my model X replacement. Liked the car but man, we went back to talk number and I had to deal with another gent called Gary (I think). I originally asked Will to grab the money factor numbers for different terms and also the MSRP. Then Gary showed up with an attitude and started talking to me about a 53% money factor! I was so shocked since that was the highest money factor number I’ve ever heard so I had to keep repeat myself that is not possible! Then I had to correct him and asked him if he is maybe talking about the residual value, and he said yes. Then he had the audacity to keep asking me if I knew what money factor is!!!! Any ways then he came back with some numbers that did not make any financial sense since they didn’t calculate the rebates correctly! Long story short, he came back and told me that maybe we are far off with an attitude…. Way to sell sir!!!! So I went to BMW and leased an iX instead. That reminded me why I never leased a Kia. I’ve leased more than 8 cars in my life and by faarrrrrr this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
