I have worked with Kenneth for the past 2 years and he never ceases to amaze me! He is dedicated problem solver as well as the most patient person in the business! If and when our company has an issue, he is either here relatively quick or is on the phone trying to get it fixed. On a personal note, my parents were having a computer problem and all I did was ask Kenneth for his opinion on whether or not this issue could be fixed and the next thing I knew, he was on the phone helping them out! He truly is the right person for any IT trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know!
