I used Jimmy Kim as my real estate agent. In the past he’s helped me with setting up a tenant for a rental property and then he actually suggested that it would be a good time to sell. I didn’t have any thoughts of doing so but with his extensive knowledge and experience I was convinced, and he helped make the selling process very easy. I needed an agent who really knows the Irvine real estate well and I am glad that I worked with Jimmy to purchase my new home in Orchard Hills. Jimmy was diligent in previewing homes that I might be interested in, and he recorded videos for me to have a better sense of the homes. I purchased my home through Jimmy some years ago and I need to rent out my home due to relocation. I reached out to Jimmy for his help and he advised me with the price and how to prepare the home for a lease. His team also came over soon to take photos and listed the home. Because we received a lot of interest, his team held a few open houses for us and sent us multiple applications. In the end, we were able to find a great tenant that we are happy with. When I needed to sell my home, I asked around for a good realtor and Jimmy was recommended to me by a colleague who just bought and sold homes with Jimmy. He is very knowledgeable and helped me greatly with preparing the home for sale. I am very happy that we hired Jimmy to sell our family home. He was able to guide us in preparing the home for sale, showed the homes to potential buyers, and managed to find us a good buyer that offered to purchase our home above the listing price. As we had to purchase a replacement home as well, we had seller contingencies and also needed a seller rent back from the buyer. In this complicated scenario, Jimmy was great in communicating and negotiating with the buyer and the buyer’s agent in our favor and they were also very understanding of our situation. We just closed escrow for the sale of our home and we would gladly work with Jimmy again for our future home sale and purchase.

We had worked with Jimmy for the purchase of our home before and we decided to work with Jimmy again for the sale of our home this year. With the help from Jimmy, we were able to successfully sell our home in Tustin Ranch over the asking price with multiple offers to choose from. Jimmy and his team arranged for an appointment-only showings over just one weekend and we were able to get multiple offers and opened escrow in the next few days with a great buyer and we were able to close escrow on time. I have worked with Jimmy in many transactions over the years for buying, selling, and leasing my investment properties in LA. He is very knowledgeable in investment properties, so we followed his guidance in helping us find the right homes to purchase.In my most recent transaction, Jimmy was a great negotiator, making sure that I am purchasing the property at a good price and he kept in constant contact with the listing agent, seller, builder, and contractors to make sure that the property is in good condition ready for new tenants as soon as we close escrow.
