Nasrin and Alan are incredible. Purchased some 2 ctw diamond studs. They were such a great deal for the quality of the stones (especially for certified studs!) and perfect specs when compared to Pricescope research (depth, table, angles, etc.). To be clear, Nasrin wasn't rifling around loose stones looking for those stats, that was their normal quality for the pair of pre-made studs just out on the floor. Such a great deal, honest jeweler, and meticulous eye for stones. Definitely recommend them! Thank you Nasrin and Alan!

I drove by this location 100X and never thought about it until I was in the market for an engagement ring. First off, Alan and his staff are super stress-free and have absolutely no sales pressure or pitch. I had a very set price and quality that I had in mind aka Blue Nile. He pointed out why I wouldn't want the stone and was able to find me an absolutely stunning diamond rock. A little more but well worth it and it absolutely stuns EVERY one when they see it. I know you made my fiance the happiest person but also we will definitely be coming back for my ring and many more pieces! Support your local business and they typically will give you much better service!

Was in here yesterday. Great store with great owners. Their GIA certified diamonds are competitively priced, which I recommend as they retain their retail value better. I ended up purchasing a size 12 band cut with diamonds.

Alan is a good man and his products are stellar.Too bad his store was ransacked by thugs from LA earlier this week.Since LA wont prosecute criminals perhaps it should be walled off.

Lived across the street from this place for a few years and I decided to stop by, originally I just wanted my bracelet fixed but after chatting with the owner a little I decided to have him put tiny sapphires on the bracelet and he did great work. I usually don't like aftermarket especially on my CH jewelry but I must say it came out good!

These are some of the nicest, most helpful jewelers I've ever met! I never feel like I'm being sold on anything, which I really appreciate. Nasrin is the main person I've worked with, but I'm sure all the employees are amazing!

Went to see if I could have a necklace fixed. The man I spoke with, who I believe was the owner - was honestly pretty rude. Told me it's very complicated and he can't do it by Christmas. I said that's fine as I wasn't asking for it to be done before Christmas, and I didn't mind waiting. He told me - "no I won't help you I'm much too busy, you can come back after Christmas if you want" (because I guess the special trip I made to his store, the time I took out of my day to be there wasn't as important has his time). I found the encounter to be extremely rude, and he made me feel like I was completely wasting his time by even having the audacity to step into the store. While I'd been waiting I saw a few rings I was interested in - but after he told me he wouldn't help me right now he just walked away without another word... so I had to wait ten more minutes for someone else to come show me the rings after she finished helping another customer. I loved one of the rings actually, but I wouldn't buy it here as the entire encounter just left me feeling bad.

After speaking with Alan I felt like I received a crash course in gemology. He went into great detail explaining the nuances of diamond ratings and how to get the most for your dollar without sacrificing quality. With my newfound knowledge I compared the diamonds he was offering to diamonds I was considering elsewhere; I was so thankful I had not purchased anything I had previously seen!

My fiancé brought in my engagement ring which was passed down in my family. Nasrin cleaned the ring and it looks brand new!! She was super helpful with getting it sized correctly, and working with me to figure out what wedding band might be best!

Customer service with both Alan and Nasrin is amazing. They really value their customers and their quality of work as well as the quality of their diamonds. After going to many other jewelers in OC and LA, we found that Jewels By Alan was the best in terms of their integrity and prices. We bought some diamond jewelry pieces with them and will continue to only use them as our go-to jewelers. We've recommended them highly to our friends and family. They're already helping our good friend with an engagement ring!
