I ordered two items from this company, a set of bar stool and a queen bed. I received the bar stools promptly with /no issues. I schedule a date and time for my bed to be delivered on my only off day the following week. When the delivery guys arrived and brought the box in I noticed that it stated King sized bed, I told them that I ordered a king and that this was not my bed. I then looked at the box and noticed that it had someone else's name and address on it when I pointed it out to the driver he said sorry ma'am you need to call the store. I then called the store to let them know what happened and was told that it would need to be investigated and to email pictures. I emailed the pictures and didn't hear anything from Jennifer Taylor home so I called the next day and was told that another bed would be shipped out and that I should receive a tracking number by Friday. I waited until Friday and called Jennifer Taylor home again for a status update.I was then told over the phone that they are trying to locate another delivery company to deliver the item and that I should hear something by Monday and that they have another bed in stock at the California and north carolina location. Well today is Monday 9/11/23 and didn't her anything so I called Jennifer Taylor home again to check the status of my order and shipment. I was then told by Riley that I should have gotten a call or email already to schedule delivery from metro warehouse. I informed him at that time that I haven't received it any communication regarding scheduling a delivery, He then told me to give it two more business days and that I would hear from the delivery company and was given the contact information for metro warehouse. When I called the delivery company I was told that they are still waiting for the item to return from "where it was sent" and that they would need to repackage and relabel the item before it can be scheduled for delivery. Every one from this company to the deliver company gave me the run around. So I made another phone call to Jennifer Taylor home and requested a refund since I still to this day have not received the item and no one seems to know when it it will be delivered. I was then told that I would have to wait until the item is rerouted and sent back to Jennifer Taylor home in order to issue a refund. Which could take another 3-5 business days, I've called back several times to ask for a supervisor and the supervisor is always conveniently at lunch whenever I call. I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service that I received from this company. I just purchased a brand new home and planned on furnished 3 rooms from this company, but I will not buy from a company where I may or may not receive my items and will not issue a refund if I don't receive them

I am amazed by my Jennifer Taylor Home Hybrid Memory Foam mattress. It has greatly helped relieve my back pain. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient when I asked for assistance in finding the perfect mattress for my needs. I highly recommend Jennifer Taylor Home, and if it were possible, I would give them a rating of ten stars.

I've never ordered furniture online but couldn't find any styles comparable to the Bahama counter stool. So glad I took a chance. Looks perfect in our kitchen.

I ordered beauty, I received integrity! My sofa&chair are exquisite. Great styling and quality. Because of a delivery problem, this company went above and beyond to satisfy me, the customer. With all the companies on the internet, do yourself a favor, order from these guys. You will be amazed!

We just purchased the "Ken" sofa in grey velvet, and it is gorgeous. The diamond tufted back adds a real touch of elegance. Personalize with your choice of throw pillows. The seat cushions are firm yet comfy, same for the back. The arms fall gracefully and comfortably with piping to highlight and detail the shape of the arms. We're delighted with this sofa.

Recently I made some new purchases to update my home office. I purchased items from Wayfair, Amazon, Overstock, and Jennifer Taylor Home. The winner on all fronts,price/customer service/delivery,surprised me, as it was Jennifer Taylor Home.JTH had the cheapest price on the seating I purchased, they were the first to get the delivery to me (less than a week), and I was able to reach a live US based CSR immediately, at 6:50pm in the evening CST.I have to admit, this company has flown under my radar up until now. But they are set to become my new go to furniture store in the future, as they beat their larger competitors hands down. It was really a pleasant surprise to have such a good retail experience, as it seems to be at least pre-Covid since I last could have claimed this.I highly recommend Jennifer Taylor Home, as I believe you will not be disappointed.

I bought the Knox 36" Modern Farmhouse Arm Chair in Olive Green. I love it! My experience was seamless and such a breath of fresh air. No months-long wait for a high quality piece of furniture. I ordered it on a Wednesday night and it was in my great room on Saturday night in time for company.Great quality piece. Great experience.

Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. ordered some very nice bar stools, no complaints there, however the website was somewhat confusing and i ended up ordering the wrong size, 27 inch instead of 31, my fault, was told they would charge a 10% restocking fee, once again i was fine with that as my fault. They asked me to take pics of boxes and send to them so they could set up return, no problem, i had to email twice to see if they were going to send return labels, finally another person responded with restocking fee of $137.00 dollars and shipping fee of $650.00. I had already purchased the correct size from them so this wasn't like a straight return. 4 bar stools. Since i am in transportation i know exactly what 4 boxes would cost via ups (55.00) and ltl less then 150.00. terrible service and terrible customer service. You can find better options then to use this company.

Today I went to order a couch and loveseat combo. I spoke with Riley Charbeneau. He informed me that the loveseat is not available anymore. After a brief hold, he informed me that they could custom make the matching loveseat for me. I’ve seen RC Wiley and Ashley furniture. Once I saw this website I was blown away. Their pieces are elegant and beautiful. Their prices are also great. I highly recommend this company for all your furniture and design needs.
