Billed like an ER. Many services offered but the actual care is very poor. I was given meds and treated for a condition I did not have. I had a reaction to the meds and was ignored. Very scary visit. We have been here before and care was adequate except this last time. Will not go back.

I went to an urgent care facility because I was sick. The personnel demonstrated outstanding professionalism and caring. I felt well-cared for, from the courteous approach to the timely service. Despite being under the weather, I had a great experience thanks to the spotless facilities and the kind staff. Strongly advised.

I am really happy I came to Irvine Urgent Care when I recently visited. The personnel was kind and inviting as soon as I stepped in. The appointment went smoothly and never seemed hurried. I had a genuine sense of being listened and taken care of the entire time. A huge thank you and five stars to this location and staff!

I recently visited Irvine Urgent Care and was blown away by the exceptional care I received! From the prompt and friendly service to the thorough and professional medical attention, I was truly impressed. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The staff are so nice. They have all the equipment. IV fluids save my dehydration. They even have the blood test. The doctor is very efficient finding the problem and nurses are very helpful too. Love this place!

I recently visited Irvine Urgent Care , and I am so glad I came to this location. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The appointment was efficient , but never felt rushed. I felt truly heard and cared for throughout the entire experience. Five stars and a big thank you to this place and their team!

Words can’t describe the gratitude I have for Irvine Urgent Care and especially Marilyn. When my daughter was in Irvine from Texas for a work conference she developed an extremely high fever, cough, severe body aches and a positive Covid test. With no vehicle or ability to get somewhere to be seen, we were given the urgent cares number by the hotel. They were due to close in 40 minutes. Most clinics would have said sorry, can’t help you. Marilyn sent us paperwork and facilitated a televisit with the doctor on duty within 10 minutes. Prescriptions were called in, and 45 minutes later she was taking her first dose of anti viral. She was markedly improved the next day. Thank you again from this grateful Mom and old nurse that had all but given up on the broken healthcare system.

After experiencing an accident, I received exceptional care from Dr. Vesal at Irvine Urgent Care. His outstanding bedside manner and thorough care plan truly stood out. I also noticed the receptionist handled inpatients efficiently and politely, managing multiple rude patients with professionalism. I never thought I'd have a good experience at an urgent care clinic but they really impressed me.

When I rolled my ankle last month, I wanted to tough it out because I’m not a fan of hospitals. Irvine Urgent Care was perfect. The staff there made me feel comfortable and safe whilst working on my ankle and I appreciate that. I’d definitely go back!!
