Staff force patient to buy more medication than she needs or they won’t sell to her.

Terrible place that closes before advertised time. was locked at 6:55pm when they say they close at 7 and don’t answer calls before 7pm either.Truly shameful and unprofessional conduct from a pharmacy which is supposed to dispense important life-saving or time sensitive medications.I am finally departing from this pharmacy after years of lackluster service and inconvenience. Please provide a better service so that you can actually help your fellow countrymen and not take advantage of them with this bottom tier-service.Best,

They provide very bad service and have no commitment to their work at all. They did not give me my prescriptions for a year. Every time I called, they said we would send them. Do not choose, you will regret it.

Absolutely awful! Our medications got DELIVERED at 9:45pm. Their driver has RING THE BELL AT 9:45 and we are having a patient at home who has dementia and barely gets sleep! This is absolutely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.I’ve attached the pictures so you can see when the package was dispatched.

I have to be honest!!!A few months back, I decided to change my pharmacy ( Irvine pharmacy) cause I felt neglected but after talking to the pharmacist and told her my issue with them, everything changed. People, please understand that they are also human, they get tired, they might make mistakes too, they don’t have to run after your doctors to get the medication, but they do as much as they can. Thank you everyone. I know how hard your job is. ?♥️

I used to work here over 10 years ago, they would dispense medication to patients who had refills too soon, and bill insurance at a later date. This is known as insurance / Medicare fraud. I saw it with my own eyes. Shameful

August 2019 by Do not go here Ever
Where should I start...oh well just look at the overall ratings so far. I have been in the pharmacy business for many years now with a degree myself. I went here because one day, my go-to pharmacy was out of stock of this particular Non controller medication which was prescribed by a Sports Medicine/pain management Medical Doctor, and whom also had the ICD 10 Diagnostic codes written down to indicate about my herniated disc and post-fusion surgery muscle spams. Now, when I called before going in, the Persian pharmacist (only Persians work there) rudely over the phone said they DO have it stock as if to get me off the phone as quick as possible. I drive all the way down there with my hurt back. Now remember, this is NOT a controlled substance, not even a C4, C3 or worse C2 which are very hard to get filled without proper information. The most rude, narcissistic women (which I'll get the name again and edit, but I know is the pharmacist) came and grabbed the prescription; confirming with her before she walked away, "you have it in stock correct"? And she replied "yes we do". She then says the medication is not supposed to be prescribed 3 times a day...at first I thought it was a joke. Not only did the docotr prescribe that for my continous spams, but it is the exact same dosage and quantity I have been getting for 4 years straight now, before and after my surgery, and according to WebMD, that is the max dosage allowed!. I then stated to believe she knew nothing about the medication. So I asked her to please explain the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetecs to me; you know half-life, interactions, which other cytochrome enzyme they interact with and she stayed speechless. I also had a prescription for Celebrex, an NSAID, I asked can you tell me if it is Cox-1 or Cox-2...again no answer cause she had no clue! She said it is a steroid...LOL an NSAID stands for non-steroid. Just speechless on how uneducated this place is. How did she even get her license? Pharmacist like these are who are irresponsible and put patients lives at risk therefore I have reported to this pharmacy to the board as well as the BBB (Better Buisness Bureau of the government). She is a racist, knows nothing about psychopharmacology and mainly only fills prescriptions for those of the same ethnicity. I never write reviews like this, but seeing the overall reviews now I know I'm not the only one. You'll have better luck at a Walgreens LOL. This review is true and just cause I'm not middle eastern they refused e service when they had it in stock, and confined it with my docotor through his NPI, and ICD10 codes. She is a wannabe physician.

Doctors and personels of this pharmacy are not reliable nor responsible about their patients. I have diabetes and I'm going to a trip on Monday, 2weeks ago I went there with my wife and I told them to request to get my drugs and I asked them to get it done for today. Today I went there and asked to get my drugs and they told me that they do not have my drugs ready and they said it is because of Call Optima which they said is a bad insurance but I think that it is not ready because they are not responsible about their patients. The time that they were supposed to give me my diabetic drugs was at 14th every month and as you know today is June 15th and they said it is not ready.

we Needed to have our prescription transferred to another pharmacy, it was the worst service, they were not available to pick up the phone, when I called to ask them to call the other pharmacy, they hung up the phone on me and said it's not their job to call, and that the other pharmacy should call again and hung up, not professional medical service at all
