This is a review of the initial consultation experience provided by David from Irvine Bookkeeping. I initially reached out to Irvine Bookkeeping to seek out help with cleaning up the books of our family-owned small business-- but upon spending some time in a lengthy discussion, we found that the actual scope of the project was well beyond what we had allotted for in budget. David was very patient and understanding, as well as professional in our discussion-- giving very candid feedback on what his team could reasonably achieve with our budget and what would make the most sense for both us (the client) as well as for his team. As part of the accounting profession myself, I am very pleased to know that David is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise-- and that he does not unnecessarily upsell any of his team's services. I had an incredibly pleasant consultation meeting with David and Joy, and came out of it with effective and valuable insight. I would also like to say that given my knowledge of billing practices, the quoted fee was reasonable for the scope of the project. Although we are unable to contract services from Irvine Bookkeeping at this time, I recommend anyone seeking out bookkeeping services to give them a call.

Tammy and her team are absolutely amazing! We are so fortunate to have found them. They are incredibly knowledgeable about QB and were able to answer questions QB online assistance couldn't . As a construction company, accounting can be unique and complex depending on the project, however, Tammy was able to set up a workflow and took a deep dive into our QB to ensure efficiencies. The team was also flexible with their time to meet our busy schedule, no matter the size of your project do not hesitate to contact Irvine Bookkeeping because Tammy will make you feel like you are their only priority! We highly recommend Irvine Bookkeeping to any contractor, big or small because of their personal approach and specialty in construction accounting! If we could give 10 stars we would, they are that good!

I love working with Tammy and David. They took over my books the last 3 years and made my life a lot easier. I used to have my partner and previous bookkeeper handle the books, but there were too many mistakes. Not only were they able to help with the previous years books, but they've given me the advice you need in order to properly grow as a business. This is a very professional bookkeeping and tax company. Tammy and David do help me a lot about my tax and book issues. Tammy is very friendly and detail oriented. David has been my go to guy for my personal and business taxes for almost 5 years now! He is the best and I will only use him ! He helped set up our books for all 3 companies when we first stared business, that we still use today. David and his team always show up on time and complete every project perfectly every time. Tammy & David make an awesome team. I was handling my own books for a few years to save money but things started getting complicated as time went on and I realized I was there were many things I wasn't doing properly. Tammy/David were able to fix my books and give me some great coaching on how to prevent problems in the future. I also received some of the best tax and general business advice from them.Main highlights:-Very detail oriented-They have a good process that requires me putting in very little of my own time.-Everything is explained so thoroughly that I'm comfortable knowing I'm in good hands.

As a first time business owner I had a lot of questions and Tammy explained the processes before my questions. She also provided me with a reasonable quote. Her service was very attentive and showed attention to detail. I would highly recommend to use her service and it's definitely worth it.
