There’s a middle-aged blonde woman who was downright rude and nasty. She had the audacity to raise her voice at my mother, who speaks English as her second language, and was patiently trying to explain that an item we purchased was defected and we were happy to accept store credit or an even exchange. The level of blatant disrespect and disregard for the bare minimum of customer experience was beyond anything my family and I have ever experienced. This God-awful troll of a woman raised her voice at us, at which point I asked her for her name, to which she responded she did not need to answer. Whatever her name is, she needs to at the very least do a basic customer service training. Would also recommend she washes her greasy hair along that nasty attitude.

I was in the store on January 16th. I was buying underwear. I am happy with the purchase, The girl who worked with me is pleasant and cute, she told and explained everything. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name. But the other two workers looked very unpleasant, disapproving. When I put the selected items on the counter, they snorted in my direction, lol. I still didn't understand what it was and why they behaved like that. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name of these girls, but I heard that they spoke the Iranian language. The impression of the purchase is spoiled.

Jill the store employee was so helpful and stunning with her customer service. I left feeling satisfied never wanting to buy any other lingerie because of the way it feels and the price is good. It was not cheap but it was not expensive. I got 3 pairs of matching bras and underwear and their bras are to live in So comfortable. I'll be back. They're opening one in Vegas and Jill will be managing that one! I'll miss you!

In need for some new bras and walked by this place and gave it a try. They only had two sales there and one was helping two girls and another one was free, so I asked her for recommendations as I was new to the brand. She asked what sizes I usually wear and I told her I wear this certain size in VS. she did a measurement for me and suggested me their sizes for trying on. I tried on and I liked them! The material is light and smooth and I love how they fit me. Then the sales asked if I wanted some new panties to go with it. I also needed some. The sales were trying to help me to relocate the size and colors I asked for with no luck on a certain color. Since buying three will receive a better deal, so she just randomly suggested me getting some cut or color that I didn't want. I kept turning her down until she went to the back to check on the sizes and colors.

Poor sizing product and poor fitting. Poor customer service very unfriendly (Ilona and Angelica). The first attempt to return I got persuaded by a saleswomen (Ilona) to exchange instead of return because I "got a good deal" and would be such a pity to return. I was too trusting and took her advise to exchange instead of returning. Second visit to return the same saleswomen and Angelica refused to return for me saying that because the tags are not attached she couldn't do anything with an attitude. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute. I feel so stupid to trust a saleswoman and spent over $150 to get useless bra sets. I will never shop this brand and do no business with Ilona/Angelica any more. Felt frustrated and humiliated!!
