The room overall was nice. Comfortable bed, hot shower, clean. The staff was friendly, however they did not respect the do not disturb sign. I was working from my room and was interrupted by maintenance who needed to clean the carpets - the carpets were then wet for hours. I left the room for a meeting with my do not disturb sign up and I came back to my room being accessed.. I knew this because the bed was made, items were restocked, seashells were thrown away or taken.Warning: whatever card you use for incidentals, will be charged for the room - not the card you use for the reservation

This property is GORGEOUS! They are in the process of renovating everything, and I think they said the pool would be ready this spring, but don't quote me on that. Issac who works at the front desk is such a beautiful human. He remembered me throughout my stay BY NAME, and asked about my day and how my meetings went. I look forward to my next stay here and I hope Issac still works there because he really was a highlight of my stay. I've stayed at 5 diamond hotels, and ones who remembering your name is part of their job, but he was so great I remembered HIS name. I will be back!

Stayed here with my family for a week for a work training at Pepperdine. We had a great time. Breakfast was delicious, coin-operated laundry was convenient and spacious. Staff was always kind and the room with kitchenette was perfect for what we needed.

A Disappointing Experience at a Previously Trusted HotelI have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past five years, valuing its comfort and service. However, my recent experience has drastically changed my perspective, leading me to cancel my upcoming reservation and reconsider my loyalty.During my last stay, I was accused of smoking in my room and charged an additional $500. This allegation was completely baseless, as I only smoked in the designated smoking area of the hotel. The only connection to smoking in my room was the disposal of used Heets from my electronic cigarette in the room’s trash can.The situation escalated when the housekeeping manager presented a photograph of my personal belongings, including a lighter, and my trash bag as “evidence” of smoking. This act not only invaded my privacy but also demonstrated a lack of understanding and respect. The presence of a lighter in my room does not equate to smoking inside, just as a knife on a table doesn’t imply a criminal act. What concerned me most was the unauthorized photographing of my personal items. With no safe in the room and valuables like my PC and iPad left inside, this raised serious security and privacy concerns. This experience has left me feeling like a criminal rather than a valued guest. It has undermined my sense of hospitality and trust in the hotel, forcing me to reconsider my future stays. It’s a reminder that customer relations and respect for privacy are as crucial as the amenities offered. Sadly, this hotel failed to uphold these values during my visit.

We stayed here last year and had a great experience. This year was completely different. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 small service dogs with no issues last time. A week ago we we arrived and after my wife entered the room and discovered feces marks in the toilet, crumbs on the sheets she complained to the manager Alfred Robert's. He ultimately stated that our dogs were not service dogs because they were in a stroller. Mind you 1 is 15yrs old and can't walk a long distance hence the stroller. He was offended by my wife's language for complaining about the issues with the room so he kicked us out. He gave my wife 15 min to pack and vacate the room while I was out getting some stuff. This Alfred Roberts has no business being in a management position... He has a misconception of a service dog and not all service dogs are required to be walking next to the owner. My wife has a medical condition where the dogs alert for a specific issue. This Alfred Roberts is a complete moron and should be disciplined for his actions. We will never stay at that hotel again.Rooms: The room they assigned us was not cleaned properly.Noteworthy details: The manager Alfred Robert's should not be in management.

the hotel is very nice, the room is very nice. Loved the kitchen. The beds are very old and sag in the middle. They know, but don't replace them. They bring a board, which is nice, but it doesn't work. Too bad, b/c we always rent hotels or Airbnb with a kitchen, and we cannot go back to one with sagging, uncomfortable beds.

Perfect place to stay in Irvine! My family and I came from Texas during Christmas to Orange County and we spent 5 nights here. Rooms were great size one bedroom king suite very spacious, rooms have kitchenette with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, utensils .Beds are very comfortable and pillows are quality down. Breakfast is great and better than most hotels this level. Hotel parking is easy in a separate building, It's dog friendly hotel but we didn't encounter many dogs ,I plan to bring mine next stay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel is new and modern and perfect location, less than 10 minutes from SNA airport, Irvine spectrum, South Cost plaza , 20 minutes to beaches or Disneyland! One hour and 15 minutes to San Diego. We will surely chose to stay here again next time .

I made a reservation at hyatt house for Jan 25 to Feb 10. I when I received the welcome text about needs I informed the hotel I'm traveling with 2 small service dogs and requested a room with fresh blankets because we have severe allergies. I received th attached text message from the manager informing me I can only have 1 service dog I sent the attached replies. When I arrived the 2 ladies at the desk were very nice and said whoever sent that was wrong and should not have. I again addressed the allergy issues and was assured all rooms that have dogs are deep cleaned. Upon arrival I started looking around the were crumbs all over the floor see attached photos and I started cleaning. I found brown stains in the carpet and even cleaned feces from the previous guest from the toilet see attached photo. That was my breaking point. I called the front desk at told them my room wasn't even cleaned let alone deep cleaned. They got their assistant manager Alfred Robert's on the phone. This guy should not be in management! I was angry and said my ass this room was deep cleaned and told me I couldn't say that word. He then said one said no one told you your room was deep cleaned and I said yes your girl at the front desk did when I told her I had bad allergies to cats and long haired dogs and if I was going to be in a pet room it had to be really clean. We'll alfred then decided to say a person with service dogs can't have dog allergies so my dogs are pets. They were also pets because we use a stroller when traveling and no service dog goes in a stroller and they can't perform any tasks from a stroller. He then demanded to know what my disabilities were, that I "supposedly need 2 dogs" and exactly what do they do and how they can perform from a stroller because it's not possible. I informed him he's was being an ass hole and treating poorly and clearly does not know Ada rules. 1. He can't press for what my issues are 2. He told me he can demand to know exactly how my dogs works in detail and in what way absolutely wrong! He is only allowed to ask if they are trained to perform a task and if I have a covered disability. 3. My dogs are hypo allergenic I'm not allergic to my dogs, I'm allergic to long hair heavy dander dogs and cats. It's ridiculous to make the statement and individual with a service dog can't have dog allergies. 4.both of my dogs are under 15 lb and are typically in their stroller, especially when traveling becausw we have a lot to carry. One is also 15 years old and can't walk far anymore. The younger one just aggravated his knee and has a stage 2 luxating patella and also can't walk far. I have a bad back and can't carry 2dogs especially for long periods of time if we are out and about. To say a service dog can't be in a stroller is absurd. Medication dogs only perform tasks At certain times if day etc. After I told him he was being an ass hole and was clearly the one that sent me a text the evening before he kicked me out of the hotel told me I had 15 minutes to leave or he was calling the police This jerk spent the entire conversation harassing me and making accusation about my service dogs and zero time addressing the disgusting condition of my room

Clean rooms. Welcoming front desk. I like the convenience of the complimentary shuttle and breakfast. Always a pleasant stay when I'm in Irvine.

I travel from Texas to Irvine once a month for a week to Irvine. I usually stay here at this hotel due to its location and amenities. During this trip I was personally down due to unexpected death of one of my furbabies, upcoming surgery and missing my grandmother at Christmas time whom has been in heaven for eight years now. Unbeknownst to me, I always book a 6 night stay for my trip. Somehow with everything on my mind, I must have selected 5 nights versus 6 for this trip. When I came to my room last night neither of my keys worked. I just assumed it was a issue with the key and went to the front counter for help. The gentleman looked up my room number and said he would take care of it in the back. He came back and said that they should work now. What he didn't tell me was that they had caught my mistake and extended my stay by another night. I had requested a 5am shuttle to the airport to get ahead of holiday travelers. The morning agent was Ethan whom advised me that he was new, he did an extremely good job of bring professional, personable and friendly. He let me know that he was the only one working the front desk at the moment and that he could not shuttle me to the airport. He told me not to worry and that the hotel would pay for an Uber to take me the airport. Talking about top notch service! Well, he was really trying hard to get the system to book the Uber, however it would not work. I then offered to book it myself and use my company card but Ethan was not having any of it. He said "Mr. Walker, I am going to book it through my personal Uber account and don't worry the hotel will reimburse me." I attempted to say it was not necessary and that I could pay for it but he booked it anyway. I thought that was so nice of him and I really appreciate his level of commitment and service to a customer. He didn't know it but he made my spirits lift and I am so thankful and blessed for that. Cindy if you are reading this, you hired a good one! Nicely done Ethan and keep up the good work! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! ? God bless you sir! ??
