The staff at this Hurley Store at the Irvine Spectrum was so friendly and helpful. Rare to get this kind of service at a retailer anymore so felt like I should leave them some positive feedback for their service!

I came in to return two hats and a pair of sandals that I bought two days prior. I have the receipt and Jennifer told me that she could not return these even though I have the receipt that I purchased them two days prior. I wanted to exchange them for the right size. She told me because, I have taken off the tags. I cannot exchange and so I said that I wanted to return them. She denied me the return. She was rude, arrogant, and smug. And because I was writing this on yelp, she was telling me that I was being inappropriate in the store. Do not shop here. Jennifer is the worst and Justin supported this behavior. On the receipt, it says that I can return the sandals for any reason because it's within 30 days. I am not looking to exchange now I just want to return and she would not let me return.

Came here around 6:30ishh pm on the night of February 16th and I usually just walk past it but this time I wanted to go in and see since it's such a big open spaced store, when I got into the store it was such a let down, they had only one person working and he was sitting on a display bike, on his phone, distracted, and didn't even bother looking up. At first I thought it was a joke or maybe someone's son... no he worked there. He didn't even notice me walk in until I was in the back of the store and he was kinda caught off guard but he just looked up and went back to looking at his phone, pretty embarrassing. Never got greeted and he never even bothered saying anything when I left either, he was just chillin.

I had the worst customer service experience when coming to this store. The cashier who rang me up was extremely rude for no reason. I will not be returning here.

Terrible shopping experience... Showed up 20 minutes before closing and they would not let me in the fitting room to try on swimsuits, The manager said they do not open up the dressing rooms 20 minutes before closing...Left 8 swim suits on the table and left... Rude, impersonal....this is why stores die....only a matter of time...

Bought flip flops and the guy told me to see if I like them as they were a foam cushion, wore them one day and found they made a fart squeak sound when I walked, they refused to let me return or exchange. Bad policy. Bad service. Not shopping here anymore.

I've never gone in here before, as many times as I've been to the Spectrum. It was on my way to some of my favorite shops so I popped in for a quick look. Ended up walking out with a bunch of good finds! Who doesn't love that?! The store was neatly set up. I was impressed with the way everything was nicely folded or hung up. The employees were friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They were apparently having their year end sale. All shirts and long sleeve tees were a whopping $10, and swimwear pieces for the ladies were $20 each. Everything else I believe was 50% off. They were allowing people in the fitting rooms which I was thankful for. A majority of clothing stores have shut down their fitting rooms due to covid. I tried on a few things and loved it all! Omw to pay, there was a fixture right in front of the register. Men's flip flops for $10!! They were the nice kinds too, with Nike Lunarlon Cushioning?! I wish they had women's sizes! I don't know any dudes with a size 13 foot (that's HUGE, lol), but if I did, I would buy that person a pair or two, lol!! It was too good of a deal to pass up...and besides, sharing is caring! =) I'm definitely adding this store to my regular list of shops while at the Spectrum. The employees were great and the guy was nice enough to cut off the tag from a tank I wore right out of the store, lol! What can I say? It matched my shoes!! Ha!! Stop in and take a look next time you're here at the mall, you just might find some treasures you would have otherwise missed! I got your back!! ;)

Unfortunately the employee that came up to me was not wearing a mask. The store looked pretty cool but it seemed like they did not prioritize health and safety. Did not feel safe or comfortable shipping here. Hope things improve

went here just to check out the sale items and came out with a great jacket. i love jackets and outer wear. so it was no surprise that i would get out of there with a jacket or hoodie. the people there were friendly and greeted us nicely. the store is not the biggest but it was well stocked with a lot of clothes and stuff. looked about about 4 different types of jackets and sealed on the super soft sherpa lined jacket hoody. best of both worlds a zipper and a hoodie. and the discount/sale didn't hurt either.
