Many PPO insurances contract with them to reduce their out-of-network provider payments. They get you to sign something that says you agree with only getting reimbursed 50% of billed charges for out of network claims They want you to assume it's just for one claim but it ends up applying to all of them forever into the future. Don't fall for the trap! It's just pressure to try and get you to contract.

Seems like a scam. I have received 2 messages asking for my updated email and fax number so that they can update my provider file to help with all the billing I do - except I'm a cash practice and don't bill insurance. They also called my personal cell phone and not my office. Definitely not calling back.

As a provider I got a notice to agree to a "revised charge equal to 20% of billed charges" At a glance I thought I was agreeing to take 20% less than billed, which isn't ideal, but acceptable. In actuality they wanted to pay me 20% of what I billed. It seemed to crazy to believe. Read carefully before signing anything from this company!

Ridiculous encounter. A Samantha called and tried to bully me into taking a reduction for a couple of patients. When I said "no", she demanded a reason why. This, after five minutes of her not telling me why she was calling, who she was and what she wanted. I asked multiple times. What a sham and probably a scam.

I agree with the previous reviews. These people prey on naive providers. Insurance must be paid according to policy provisions. In psychotherapy there are capricious denials which makes for fertile area for these gangsters--agreeing to a lower price doesn't even guarantee payment (as implied)

Just got a call, trying to "negotiate" a price for services I provided to a client. Received numerous phone calls from them, they tried to fax numerous times otherwise harassing me. Simply tell people like this you aren't interested.

If you are a medical provider don't be fooled by this company. They will lie by claiming that insurance company is only willing to pay certain amount but in reality all they are doing is negotiating the price and making money by doing so. They never indicated that they were negotiating they just said that insurance company is only going to pay certain amount.
