Asked to scan ID in the H&R Block link so wouldn't have to in person. Entered it and still asked for all the same information seconds later. Then the tax professional for which we had an appointment was 25 minutes late and still couldn't see us.

The lady who tried to help me could not answer any questions that I had. She also talked over me and told me I will probably owe money. (She was totally wrong). Royal waste of time and it was so expensive. I regret using this H&R Block. I have always led used H&R Block and never had an issue. Usually they are very nice and knowledgeable, I'm not sure how this lady was hired.
