Don't waste your time or money here just go on TurboTax. I had to come back four different times because they kept messing up my taxes!! the last time they messed up was they messed up on my Social Security number!!! 0-10!! also, the language barrier is just not OK.. Hire people who understand what they're doing. I feel bad for writing this bad review but my experience here was so bad... I expected at least a little bit of better customer service. Maybe a sorry for you having to come back a fourth time.. no didn't get that.. maybe a discount from H&R Block. No didn't get that so now you guys get a bad review hopefully this helps someone to decide on who to trust for their taxes.

I’ve being doing my tax with H&R Block for many years. My original tax specialist is in LA so I decided to come here since it’s close to us. It took her 3 hours to complete my tax return, she seems like she has no experience at all!!!! Charged $795 for personal tax . Don’t waste your time here!!!! Never coming back here!!!

I need help! H&R Block did my 2019 taxes, but the IRS is saying they weren't received! I'm being hit with penalties and a $435 non-Filing fee! I called customer service and they made me an appointment with the Santa Ana, CA office, but they said they couldn't help, since they're a franchise! What!? They sent me back to the 800 number and customer service! I thought they stood by their tax returns. Does anyone have any advice? I've been hung out to dry, and H&R Block won't help me. Thanks for any advice.

I was not sure how to do my taxes this year as I sold some property in 2 020. This, and it is not easy to to call the IRS and talk to someone over the phone. I would recommend Jungwook Lee, she is knowledgeable and explains and answers your questions without hesitation.
