We purchased a Kenmore refridgerator in Sept.2022. The in-store service, prices and purchase were good. We purchased Howard's Extended Warranty Plan 5 year plan (Epic Protection Plan). Fast forward, we recently started having problems with our refidgerator. 2 claims have been filed in the last month alone. Epic Warranty vendors took over 2 weeks to repair the 1st time claim and we were without a functioning fridge. Now the 2nd claim and its taking the repair vendor 9 days just to come out and diagnose my fridge. We have water leaking from the undercarriage. BEWARE if you consider buying Howard's Extended Warranty!!! Best Buy has better extended warranty products/vendor with faster response times.

Dawn Cantu is the best! I took a friend to buy a refrigerator and ended up buying a cutting board for myself. I have already bought of my appliances from Dawn, so I have to take my friends to have the Dawn experience ! She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and it gets installed in a timely manner!

Dino Silva ordered our Dishwasher on Feb 18, 2024 and paid in full. As of today April 3rd, 2024 we haven't received any delivery confirmation. We called twice and texted him 7 times ... he just gave us all kind of excuses. My wife got sick of it, we sent him the message to cancel it today.

I needed to replace my dryer so I went to Howard's. They came and installed and removed my old dryer. I bought the higher end Electrolux. Since the day it was installed, the dryer has not heated. I called Howard's immediately and they said it must be a manufacturing defect. I asked them to come check out the install, as I had read that this can make the dryer not work correctly. They would not. I called out a company on my own to come and check out the install, they said that the install was fine and they said it was a faulty unit. I called Howard's back (this is all the same week I bought the unit) they said that I had to call the manufacturer. I did, the manufacturer said that because I had just bought it, Howard's should refund or replace for me and they asked me to contact the place I had bought it from. I called Howard's again, this time asking to speak with a manager. I got the same response... I needed to contact the manufacturer. Long story short, I have a dryer that doesn't really dry and neither Howard's nor the manufacturer will help with it.

These guys know their product! Best experience every time I go to Howard's as no other retailer can match their depth of product, price point and professional product personnel. Today we had the fortune of having PEIMAN SOBHANI to assist us with buying a bed mattress. He knew all the product features that helped us make our decision to purchase while in the store. We also are shopping for a new stove top for our desert house, and he knew this product as well. I would have bought today, but need to do some additional measurements of the existing stove top. I will be back. From a prior visit, I understand that Howard's doesn't pay a commission so there is no hint of sales pressure. Even better, the employees are on profit sharing therefore giving them a great opportunity to own part of the business. Do yourself a favor next time your looking for TV's, appliances, BBQ grills, mattresses and many other household products, pay them a visit at their Tustin location.

Estedany Torres is the worst at customer service actually the entire store is terrible. The refrigerator I purchased last week had some damage when delivered and well let me just say I now own a brand new refrigerator with damage. They love to throw the problem to others instead of just taking care of the problem. It's " oh I can't do that just call the manufacturer or oh my Manger will call you or oh I have one with less damage you want that one." I mean really what kind of customer service is that. If yoy can even get someone to talk to they never call you back and follow through. Buyer beware before shopping here.

yesterday I just bought one washing machine from this store. the price is super economical after I compared the same model price in Bestbuy , lowes , the home depot , etc. Most of all , the service the store clerk provided to me is really comfortable. I met David Yousefi, the assistant store manager. Not only he explained the product situation and my questions very detailed and friendly , but also he is working diligently to solve the problem I met in the purchase. I have to say the order experience with this agent is very pleasant and makes me very satisfied. Although this is my first time order in this store I am sure I will be back for my future appliance purchase.

My husband and I needed to purchase several appliances for our kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) in our new home. We had a budget and an idea of what we were looking for. I visited Howard's for the first time last month and completely revamped my kitchen with a set of new appliances. I was impressed by the large selection of every type of appliance. However, what truly stood out to me was the well designed showroom featuring fully furnished kitchens. David Y. helped me decide which appliances would work best in my kitchen, and he was super knowledgeable. I was also impressed with the service after the sale. I had to coordinate the appliance delivery and installation with the kitchen remodel company's schedule, and David went above and beyond to accommodate. He provided invaluable guidance and followed through on every request. I highly recommend Howard's, and if you go there, ask for David!

My wife stopped by Howards since she needed a new refrigerator for her office. While she was there, she noticed a good sale on Traeger grills so she had me come down there to look at them. We worked with Estefany who was FANTASTIC! She did a great job explaining to us the current promotion, walking us through the different options, and help to set up delivery. She could not have been nicer or more professional. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!
